The hotel is in a heavily traveled LOC across the tracks. 2-4 trains an hour. Sheets stained, carpet dirty, asked for 2 beds 3 days prior, told would cost an extra $10.00 a night, bed in room was suppose to be a queen size, was a double bed. Constant train noise throughout night, stayed only 2 nights out of 3. Miserable place.

When we checked into the hotel, the lobby was nice with handy internet access. The continental breakfast and front desk staff were also okay. To our surprise, the smell in the hallway and our suite were another story, horrible. When we opened the door to our room, the smell was so bad that we had to spray air freshner before we could unpack. The bathroms were not as clean as they should have been and one of the hand towels was used and dirty. The noise from the trains weren't bad, I guess because it was expected. If you stay here, ask the staff to put you as far from the front desk as possible. Would we stay again, no way.

I liked that breakfast was included in the room rate. I don't like that they charged me $11.05 to switch from one king bed to two double beds. This was a great hotel in a nice location. Less than 80 miles from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. A nice place to stay if you are looking to take a trip to see the Grand Canyon.

Could park the bikes by the window of the room, but staff also offered to let us park under front canopy. Just ok....clean. The reservation person who took my reservation lied about the miles to the motel....said it was 52 miles and it was actualy 172 ! Call the motel direct.

The beds were really comfortable. The room was spacious enough for two to be comfortable. The staff also made sure we had every thing we needed.

I live in Phoenix but my husband and I like to visit his friends and family who live in Flagstaff. When looking for a hotel to stay in we make sure its pet friendly because we take our dog any time we skip town. We looked at several hotels while some didn't allow pets and those that did cost to much. Not only is this hotel inexspensive but its nice. I think its awesome that all the rooms are nonsmoking, the hot tub is so hot it feels like a relaxing bath, and pets are welcome.

It had an indoor pool. No elevator, no fridge, the pool room could use a vent.

Big comfortable room, hearty breakfast included. Could hear trains going by all night, bit out of the way. Continental breakfast was good.

The breakfast served to guests was very good and the rooms have been recently updated. The hallways were a bit smelly. Older, heavily used, but our room seemed to be very clean. The mattress was old and soft and the sheets thin. Bathroom fixtures and carpeting seemed rather new. The breakfast area and food were quite good. Overall OK.

Cleanliness of rooms and ample parking. The hotel is not convenient to downtown. This hotel offers clean rooms, ample parking, heated and enclosed swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and an expanded continental breakfast. This is a no frills hotel that is not very convenient to the quaint, downtown area.

Continental breakfast was served, very nice room. The front desk girl made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, she was rather rude Very nice, would recommend.

We were too close to the train tracks the first night and switched rooms which was better.

Clean and nice rooms. Train came by and blew whistle every 30 min. Making it very hard to sleep. Everything was fine except for the train noise.

The continental breakfast had a nice selection and plenty of room to sit. Frequent disturbance from trains across the road.

Not worth it all! Everything; room, service. Bad, no doubt about it.
