This hotel went above and beyond expectations, although not a 4 star it definitely felt like it with their amazing staff, extremely nice breakfast servers, and amazing quality of room cleanliness and features.

Pet friendly with outside entrance and convenient. The room was very nice and appreciated that they allowed pets without overcharging for the convenience, they had a good continental breakfast and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Good access to airport for business traveler. Convienient to east side industrial and commercial areas. Boeing, Precision Cast Parts, etc. Rooms comfortable and restful. Good Internet access(wireless) and facilities fairly complete. In general, upscale commercial facility.

This is a great deal for the money. It is a short hop to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in their service- paying the cabfare for our trip from the airport as the shuttle was not available. A variety of fresh breakfast foods were available and the breakfast nook was pleasant. This is a good hotel to stay for the money.

Hospitality was wonderful and accommodating. Thanks Again front desk! I had read reviews of possible frwy traffic noise which my room was on that side of and never heard any?? They do supply earplug for the extremely sensitive. In my opinion it made travel much easier with frwy access so close and easy.The Complementary breakfast was way more than expected, from coffees, cereals, breads, pastries, yogurts, waffles, fresh fruit etc.. and a nice clean dinning area. Wonderful way to start the day. and if this does not satisfy there a nice big local country diner adjacent to the hotel which seemed very popular. Never once had a problem parking in the 5 days spent at this hotel. My stay here was to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. The rest of my time was spent sight seeing Oregon's many wonderful sights. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Best Western Extremely Satisfied Customer Castaic, CA

The room was nice but had a view of the trailer park out back.I was charged an extra 70 dollars to park my car during my trip.In general a good experience but price is a bit high.It is only 2 miles from the airport.The staff were friendly.

Airport shuttle service prompt & friendly, 24hr coffee great! I like that they have smoking rooms available. Guest room furniture a little dated, bed was very comfortable. I arrived late, almost midnight and they had coffee & cookies, nice variety for breakfast in the morning, the lobby was adorable.

Our family, 2 rooms, were very content and comfortable at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast (s), and used to pool daily. Plan another trip to Portland, and will book this hotel for our repeat visit.

The service and rooms were excellent. Everything was very clean and the 24-hour coffee was a godsend. Flavoured, too! The breakfast set out the next morning was much more than I'd imagined it would be and I wished I'd had time to partake of it, but we had an early flight. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly and accomodating.I would definitely return to this hotel.

Our 2 grown children, my husband & I reunioned at the Pony Soldier in one room & we were amazingly comfortable! Lots of room; great beds! Staff very accommodating; efficient airport transportation. Cozy, like the city, even had a puzzle in the sitting area by the front desk; free use of internet very helpful!

Big luxurious rooms. The pass key let me in my sisters room right next door or either her door was not latched either way It was embarrassing. Nice 1970's era hotel with spacious rooms. I liked the airport shuttle service that they provided.

The Best Western Pony Soldier Inn, was a very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious even with a king size bed. My only gripe with the hotel, is that the wireless internet service was not very reliable.
