We booked online @ Orbitz and signed up for a non-smoking room. When we signed in and got to the room we found it was a smoking room, regretfully it was the last room and finding a room was a chore to begin with, so we really had no choice other than sleep in the car. When the air was on the room was bearable, but the a/c was broke, it kept shutting off. The receipt that the hotel gives you when you check out ironically said this was a non-smoking room. Free advice, do not wait until the last minute to find a room in this area or you will encounter this experience. I am partially to blame for waiting until the last minute.

In short I have stayed here before and this trip found the greater/staff member to be the most unfriendly non smiling person I have met in all my travel stays. She was so mechanical I thought she was a robot. Entering the establishment at about 11:30 PM and be greeted with "I need your credit card" - nice way to start. Then "Here Its room 111 to the left." Unfortunately the room was non smoking and smelt like it was cleaned with Fabreeze, stale air. Although this happened I would likely be staying there again soon and hope to find a more friendlier greater.

The hotel was very well maintained but we would have been more comfortable if they had queen beds instead of doubles - surprised to still find double beds. The continental breakfast never changed but at least they had cut up fruit.

Cleanliness was ever present, friendliness of the staff is in the air, and last but not least, the price was the friendliest. Nothing. Nice place, clean and well managed. Reasonably priced.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean, 4 miles from Long Pond, can't be beat. Only improvement that could be made would be to increase the water pressure abit. Being that is the only constructive criticism, and overall rating of 4.9 stars.
