This was an average motel room, but very good for the price I paid. The air conditioner was very noisy and I finally had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan was also very noisy and it came on whenever the bathroom light was turned on. It should be operated with a separate switch so that it could be turned on only when needed. I didn't have the complimentary continental breakfast, but if I wanted breakfast there were many nearby restaurants to choose from. For example, Hardy's shares a parking lot with the motel and there is a Denny's across the street. I didn't use the pool, but there were several people in the pool the afternoon I arrived and they seemed to be enjoying it tremendously. I would stay at this motel again and would recommend it to a friend.

the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. the in-room fridge was very noisy. the room was musty and the bathroom exhaust fan, while noisy, was ineffective at removing moisture from the bathroom. There is not a free breakfast provided (like a buffet in the hotel), rather a coupon for a limited selection for 2 adults at the restaurant next door. The service at this place was sooo slow we ended up leaving without eating - there were about a 50 people in the restaurant, and only 3 slow-moving waitstaff. There was a buffet with nobody going up to it because you could only order from the coupon. The whole experience was very disappointing.

The hotel had an outdoor pool, was very clean. Otherwise, the hotel was quite old, and lacked little things like a microwave, ice was a distance from the rooms. The rooms had a nasty, musty smell to them, we had rooms in two different areas. The breakfast, although very convenient was juice, donuts and rolls, and cold cereal, went to Dennys, instead. Had to pay a (3) deposits on extra room keys, as we had two rooms with five people. Was not up to the par I expected from best western.

Ok, it wasn't dirty, or crawling with bugs but it wasn't what I have come to expect from a Best Western either. Especially since our "discounted" Travelocity rate was nearly $. It was obviously some generic hotel built in the 1970's bought by Best Western at a later date and furnished with some minor updates. But it was still kind of creepy. To me anyway. But the outdoor pool was nice and is open until 11pm, and you get a breakfast coupon for the number of people staying in your hotel for the restaurant next door - that was decent.

Very easy to find in Breezewood . Quiet, but we were there in April and it may not be so quiet in the summer. The room was very large. The bed could be more comfortable. The free breakfast was cereal,danish and juice. Friendly staff. We stayed twice - once on the way to VA and then on the way back. We would stay there again.

I was in need of a place to stay while traveling, and this Best Western suited me fine for the 6 hours I needed. The room was clean, the staff friendly. I did not have a need / time to use anything else. They have a free breakfast which is a coupon for a free breakfast at the restaurant next door (I did not have time to use it).

Clean, comfortable with free hot breakfast at nearby restaurant. Enjoyed the gift pack with snack bars, Vitamin C drink mix, coffee samples etc. Our two small terrier dogs were accomodated. We would stay here again. Did not appreciate having to pay extra for the dogs since they sleep in their carriers and are excellent travelers who probably are better behaved than many children.

Easy location just off the Interstate. 25-miles from the Flight 93 Memorial, which I highly recommend visiting. Very sombering, yet reflective site. We have stayed at several Best Western locations throughout the U.S. While this was not the best one we've ever visited, it was a good value for the money. Good Points: Comfortable beds, big room, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, (*however stay away from the buffet next door. Food looked like it had been sitting on the buffet for hours and was not very tasty*), friendly and helpful desk staff. Bad Points: Our shower had either mold or leakage spots on the ceiling. Room also had a slight musty smell. Overall, I would return to this Best Western simply because of it's location and price. I'm guessing other rooms might be nicer, but since we had our Golden Retriever with us, we were delegated a "pet friendly" room and from our experience, many "pet friendly" rooms are not as nice as other rooms.

We had to stop and stay in an emergency on our trip. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room, unfortunately wasn't great. We found some bugs in it, and the bathroom had a lot of hair in it that didn't belong to us... The beds were comfy though, and it looked like the pool was fun. (we came too late to use it.) If you stay in the summer, get the air going right away--it takes a while to get the room cool. They also gave us a goodie bag of coupons and samples at check out. That was nice.

"Our family booked 2 rooms via internet on short notice. Check in was fast, the rooms had very comfortable beds, very clean, & quiet. We got a good nights sleep, which is not always easy to do in a hotel. The next morning we went to breakfast using the free coupons provided by the hotel at the Hardees next door, & while we were eating, one of the staff came to our table & gave us a camera battery we had left behind in one room. I've left things behind in hotels before & this is the 1st time someone went out of their way to make sure we got the item back. What great service!"
