This was our 1st trip to Paris. The hotel was great! Room was bigger than anticipated. Fine bathroom. Location was superb. Easy access to 2 metro lines and busses. Great patisserie just around the corner.

It´s a fabolous hotel, near Champs Elysees, walking 3 minutes. Good relacionship quality/pprice. when I´ll return to Paris, I´ll choose de same problem. The only problem is that rooms are not very big, and it could be a problem if you travel with young children

My room was small, but nice. The room had a window towards the Boulevard Haussmann, which could be a bit noisy. The breakfast and city tax is extra in the price (€12 and 1.65 respectively). Superb location to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe with metro stations, easy access to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff!

We loved the location, but were quite disappointed at the way the room looked. The room in the photo is beautiful. Our room was not. Plus, they wanted to charge an extra 13 euro per day for breakfast. There were several hotels nearby, so you could probably find one that has a better looking room with breakfast included and not sacrifice location. They also made us pay for the entire stay upon arrival.

The location cannot be beat as it is within walking distance to the Champs and a couple of metro stations are nearby. The rooms are small, but we've had smaller in Paris... They were clean and well-maintained. We did not try the breakfast. If we were not interested in seeing other areas of Paris, perhaps farther afield on our next trip, we would certainly stay here again. A good value.

Everything was just as expected. We even had a small balcony. We could make coffe free in our room. We found a closer underground (George V) then recommended.

We did not stay at the reserved hotel because it was under construction--this was not advised until we arrived and we were then sent to a hotel across the street. Apparently we were upgraded from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel...the pictures on the web site and the indication that the hotel we had reserved had undergone a recent renovation were not accurate. The rooms we were given were nice and the price we were quoted for the lesser hotel was honored. A bit small but for the location in Paris it was fine and we would all stay again. The only downside was the hassle of not being told of the hotel status until we arrived. The 2 minute walk across the street was OK.

Excellent hotel. Quite close to the Champs Elysees. Staff was very friendly. Would definately stay there again especially with the great price from Venere.com. I will always check this site in my future travels.

A group of us occupied three rooms for six nights. Rooms were large for Paris standards in this price range. Also, the bathrooms have tubs (smallish) with shower heads, and proper shower curtains, sometimes a rarity in European hotels. However, there was no outlet in the bathroom that could handle a hair dryer (even with converter/adapter), and you had to unplug the lamp in the room and use that outlet (being the only one that could be found). Overall, this was a very good property for the price. Location is convenient to Champs Elysees also.

I stayed with my wife and my 4 year old daughter in the Best Western Plaza Elysees Hotel Paris. The room was spacious and clean. I only stayed there for one night. The location is great. If you can afford it go for it..!

for a hotel in paris, i would say we got the best possible room for our dollars worth. and the room came with airconditioning as well, which is a hard thing to get in that price range, we found out the hard way!!! but the Best Western Plaza Elysees Hotel Paris is just a brisk walk from arch de triumph, and champs elysees, the reception desk was quite welcoming and overall we were very satisfied.

They did not mentioned earlier that the prices on the web offer are net prices without VAT. It has turned out only upon checking out receiving the invoice. This I find very very strange (at best). Everybody should considers that when booking!

I'm very regret to inform you that both in your reservation and in the hotel web page it's not clear that the price not include the breakfast. I've payed 100 € for 4 days of breakfast, for me it's too much!

I appreciate the Paris map provided by our hotel especially with our hotel address & contact as well as the indication of our hotel on the map. However, I'm displeased with the noise level in my room. During my stay, my room is on the second floor at the corner. In the evening and nite, I heard a lot of noise from upstairs and neighbouring rooms which I do not know how as mine is at the corner. Also, I could hear water running from upstairs whenever their toilet is in use, the noise is even louder in the middle of the nite. This is something which has affected my rest quite badly.
