It doesn't take much to make me happy. If the place is well kept and clean then I'm happy. I was quite pleased with the cleanliness. The continental breakfast had a good selection. A newspaper at your door each morning. Even if you didn't bring your laptop, there are computers with internet access available for guests in a room near the front desk. Even a printer is available which we used to print our airline boarding passes for the trip home. Only minutes from the airport too. There is a family restaurant next door. The food is good and the place is clean. Next time I'm in Seattle, I'll stay there again.

This was the most friendly hotel I've stayed in! The staff was so helpful. Fabio at the front desk made you feel at home, and the little gal who set up breakfast every morning was so sweet and helpful I would love to go back. We travel a lot and this is the best place we've stayed in!

The hotel was convenienly located for our vacation. There's a Shari's restaurant in the same center as the hotel, with a coffee shop just across the street. The biggest problem with the Best Western Plaza on the Green was the parking. The hotel is attached to a small strip mall, which includes a very popular bar. On both Friday and Saturday nights, you had to circle the lot like a vulture, waiting for a parking spot to become available. When we asked the clerk where we were supposed to park under these conditions, he replied it's not my problem if there's a few people out tonight enjoying their neighborhood bar. Don't get angry with me. Just do what everyone does.....drive around until you see someone leave and hope you can get the the parking stall before someone else does. In our opinion, the parking situation wasn't acceptable. There are only a few parking spaces labeled for hotel guests only, but I observed several bar patrons using them as well.

The staff was excellent, room was clean & bed comfortable. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear some noises. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful. There was fresh fruit in the lobby as well as warm cookies and coffee. Very well run hotel. The walls are a bit thin as this is a 2 story wood building. However, I just brought along my earplugs and that solved the problem. As far as I'm concerned that is out of their control. All of the things that were within their control were great. Comfortable bed, nice room, clean.

I am very picky about where I will stay, they were incredibly helpful at the front desk, my early monring shuttle to the airport was on time and smooth. The rooms are being redone, but I did not hear any noise and was not inconvienced by this at all. The room was nice and clean, nice balcony. I would stay here again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Amenities were available as needed. I appreciated having free internet access and a wonderful continental breakfast. The back side of the hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. There was a family restaurant right next to the hotel, and it was also convenient by highway to downtown Seattle. (The only negative comment I could make would be that there is only one ice machine, and it's on the second floor.) I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent continental breakfast. No microwave or refrigerator in our room, but they were in others. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our room was on the golf course side. Not all rooms have a microwave or refrigerator so that has to be requested.

The front desk were very accomodating, courteous and friendly and did not mind being extra helpful for a person with extreme sensitivities to smells. The rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would stay again and recommend it.

I never met any hotel that the employee is placing tip basket in the breakfast room and the breakfast was so bad. I went from Boston to San Diego and from Florida to Vancouver,BC never saw any tip basket for breakfast. I am alergic to cigarette smell and the room that we got smell so bad, almost the whole night was like nightmare because the hotel was fully book I could not change room.

Breakfast hostess was very efficient. Made sure tables were cleaned and waffles were made. Easy access to highway was located by traffic light. Easy chef. Not enough outlets for those with electronic equipment. We had to unplug lights in order to plug in chargers. Nice quiet location by golf course. Stayed on 2nd floor which was quiet and had easy access to ice machine. Breakfast hostess was very nice and kept the dining area clean. Only complaint was lack of electric outlets. Hotel offers wireless internet but lacks the outlets needed to charge laptops, phones, Ipods, etc. We had to unplug the lamps and use the outlets in bathroom to charge all our electronics. Overall a good hotel experience.

i wish we would have stayed at this one from the beginning we spent the first 2 days at the ramada suites very dissappointed with the overall service and condition the best western was definitely a notch above and the counter staff that checked us in was wonderful even suggesting a restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff and just minutes from the airport. Neighborhood surrounding hotel was a bit sketchy. Definitely a great hotel for the price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit small but clean, and the surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy. I would not have gone out alone at night there.

Stayed two nights on business. Very good and clean. Was on the parking lot side rather than the golf course but no noises. Could sit in room and look directly at Mt Ranier. Would definately stay again.

We arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We recieved the last room. It was previously a smoking room and was now designated a non-smoking room. The hotel had done nothing except change the designation. The room smelled as bad as it possibly could. It was intolerable to a non-smoker as soon as the door opened. The rather smarmy desk clerk said there were no other options and all the rooms in town were booked. We didn't believe him and went to the hotel next door. They set us up in a perfectly tolerable non-smoking room in minutes. The next day the manager explained that they were remodeling all the smoking rooms soon and he was at least apologetic. This may end up a nice place to stay soon, but don't arrive late.

Friendly staff and yummy breakfast selection. I think the employees were smoking downstairs? I like it; and have stayed there twice in two years. The room itself looked out on the golf course and was very quiet and dark at night. Good for sleeping.

"Good hotel for site seers and travelers who need a place to rest their heads at night. Located in a quiet part of town so it was very relaxing, it is 15 minutes from downtown Seattle on I-5 and 60 minutes from Mt. Rainier. Overall a clean hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was awesome. This hotel suited its purpose very well and we would stay there again."

The Best Western Plaza by the Green had a great breakfast...a real plus when traveling with children! The view over the golf course was relaxing and my children were enchanted by the ducks!

Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable cost. Would stay again on the golf course side. There is no mountain view, just parking lot and bars. Two sides of the hotel are like night and day. I wanted quiet and pretty, I got parking lot, two bars and a trailer park. The golf course side was beautiful and I would have been happy there. I feel it is false advertising to call the rooms "MOUNTAIN VIEW" and show gorgeous pictures on the website. I was very upset because I felt I had found the perfect setting and got just what I didn't want, awakened in the night by partiers in the parking lot.
