Had to visit hospital, staff were extremely helpful and concerned for my well being. Receptionists bar staff and waitresses were excellent with service and courtesy couldnt fault them.

Hotel was in a central location, we had a lovely big room. The staff were helpful, parking was included. Overall it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was adequate.

Service at reception was excellent. Pity there was a rather unfriendly gent behind the bar who ignored us with his back turned for all of 10 minutes when we wanted a drink after returning to hotel around 12:30am. When pressed to give us attention, he said that residents bar was not open until later. We had to retire without a drink.

A very very enjoyable stay.

On arrival bedding from the previous visitor lying on the floor.Originally allocated room 216 however had to request a move to a different room because of the very loud noise coming from the Salsa bar directly opposite. This was unexpected after midnight on a Thursday evening.

Very helpful when arrived at the reception desk, with maps, sites , where to eat..... the room for 2 was adequate. Unfortunately, the bottom sheet of my bed was stained, there were no bath towels. After a note I left in the room, the sheet was promptly changed and 2 bath towels were left in the bathroom although over washed and tired but clean. I might use it again for its location, central and near station and coaches. Out of 10 I will rate it 7/8

we were pleasantly surprised by quality of hotel. Food and service were good. Car park entrance was very shabby and dodgy looking but worked out fine. Felt the room was too hot but fan provided.

A Tatty hotel which i wouldn't stay in again- room not a non smoking room as requested as the bedclothes smelled strongly of smoke and the room was just not up to scratch. A rabbit warren of rooms to in teh hotel so i had to walk some distance with my bags through narrow corridors. Should have known better given than to book into a Best Western as in my experience they all seem to be a pretty standard state of being dated, poorly furnished, smell of chip fat and not very well maintained.

Nice place to stay good value for money and very good location.Good chance to meet the local people.Safe free parking.

Very central. Staff helpful and kind. (the receptionist even lent me her own umbrella when she coulndt get a taxi for us) Be sure to ask for a large room though. Decoration a bit dated and plain but it still felt cosy and welcoming. Generous free breakfast buffet. A very good option for a 3 stars hotel. I would stay there again.
