This hotel is nothing fancy, but was clean and and was a pleasant enough stay on a long road trip. It also is very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon where we stopped on our way out of town.

It wasn't bad. Bathroom had a stain on floor that should have been mopped not just wiped up. It was OK. The breakfast area kept running out of food and coffee, I actually did not get any coffee. As said above, the bathroom should have been mopped. The sink area and the reset of the room seemed clean.

When we arrived, after I had paid for the room, we learned that the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order. When I indicated that I would need to talk to my family (including 2 kids) to see if we still wanted to stay there given that there would be no pool or hot tub, I was told that I probably couldn't cancel because my card had already been run. Although my kids were disappointed, we decided to go ahead and stay since it was already about 8 p.m. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in months, and the bedding looked and felt like it was purchased at a garage sale. Breakfast was even better...there was no one monitoring the breakfast to make sure items were replenished and things were kept clean. When we got down to the breakfast room at about 9 a.m., it looked as if a mob of first graders had come through and there was food on the floor and practically nothing left. I will take my $*** elsewhere next time....

Location to the canyon! The hot breakfast was terrible! We ended up going to McDonalds. Friendly staff and convenient location. I felt safe staying there with my young children. The free hot breakfast was terrible. We ended up going to McDonalds! Good hotel for the price.

This hotel was awful - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! When we arrived the FIRST night at 10:00, and opened the door to our room, it was a mess. The beds were unmade and there was trash, towels and food everywhere. The manager on duty was not apologetic, and was even rude. It took them 45 minutes, while we waited in the hall with our kids and our luggage, to get it cleaned up. The next morning when we went down to breakfast...another mess. One girl was working the phones,front desk and kitchen by herself. There was no food, and the eating area was a mess. We ended up eating elsewhere. The pool was so dirty that there was black mold all over the inside and in the hot tub. It rubbed off and ruined the suits of some of the guests that were there. When we called Best Western to complain, they basically said they could NO NOTHING because all Best Westerns are individually owned. We got $20 off of total bill...nothing more. We will never stay in a Best Western again!!!

Breakfast was good. Swim area smelled, spa dirty-not working, was expecting 2 room suite not one room. Suites are not really suites, just a slightly bigger room with a sofa bed. Bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was satisfying. Convenient to Palo Duro Canyon--12 miles away. Not many restaurants in town--- hard to find place to eat.

Location close to my son. The indoor pool was ice cold. I specifically chose to stay at this hotel for the indoor pool. It was not heated, or at least the heater was not on. The hot tub was warm, but the jets did not work. We ate breakfast 30 minutes prior to the end of the time posted and there was very little left to eat. The room was nice, and the was bed comfortable. I would not stay here again unless the pool was in better shape.

Quick check in and out. New facility. The pool was not heated, and the breakfast was not tended to regularly. For just a night stayI had a good experiance. But the pool and fitness facility needed alot of work.

High speed internet. Smelled like cigarette smoke in hallways and bathroom. Stayed one night andgood place to stay while traveling.
