Disappointing continental breakfast, only sugar sweetened cereal available with toast and hard boiled eggs, but OK other than that. Not much competition in this town, so whatcha gonna do?

Best Western continental breakfasts are ok and convienient. Disappointing to anyone who has had a continental breakfast in Europe. Consider a small charge, like 5 to 10 bucks and having hardboiled eggs, some individual cheese spread, ect. Then of course I would'nt miss I it. But hay, I enjoyed my stay and maybe I"m just being picky.

Key card back door entry. Micro, refer & coffee maker in room. King size bed. The rooms were clean and spacious and for a pet friendly hotel there was no smell or other indication of pets! We thoroughly enjoyed the short period we were in our room.

The bathroom had a very sour smell to it as if the shower curtain really needed to be cleaned. The coffee machine was cleaned only the first night and then never again and I stayed there for 5 nights. I used it every day so I cleaned it. There were not enough hangers but the desk person did provide me with the additional number I needed. The carpets didn't appear to be very clean. The location was close to where my relatives lived so that was a plus. The continental breakfast was adequate though not great. No salt and pepper shakers at the tables. What were on the table were either clogged or empty. Decaf coffee carafe in the breakfast area was not clearly marked that it was decaffinated. Even though it had an orange handle, because it wasn't specifically marked, I didn't drink it. I give it an overall rating of average.

The greeting was friendly. One of the staff stole my cell phone the morning we checked out. The hotel was clean and friendly; however my cell phone was stolen the morning we checked out. It had been left on the bed and when I called the hotel to have them keep it at the front desk, however when we returned they said they didn't find it. I was so sure that it was in the room and had been stolen so I informed them that the phone will be immediately shut off and that if it was turned back on the GPS would be activated and the phone would be located by T-mobile. Oddly they called the next day to say they had found it and that it was up on a shelf behind the microwave, this was impossible that a phone could have been flung from the sheets to that location without any one noticing the load noise. We scoured the room for 30 plus minutes looking for the phone in EVERY possible location and it was not in the room. I am positive it was stolen then returned when they realized we knew. It was mailed to me by the end of the week and I am happy however I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Large rooms. Very good continental breakfast. Indoor pool. Long halls. I was very pleased with our visit. Great rooms, large. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was very good. Nice variety.

The staff was terrific. Nothing. I travel for a living and stay in nice hotels around the country. None of them compared to this hotel as far as making you feel welcome and the rooms were spotless. It was my birthday when I stayed there and they put my name in lights and it said happy birthday. I cried I was so touched. I cannot wait to go back.

Staff is very cordial and friendly. Have stayed here before and never had any problems with noise or problems. Maybe a bit pricey but still will return. The hotel is well located for my fishing trips, the micro wave and small frig are nice to have and the morning continental breakfast is handy.

The visit is my second to the same hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful, and really have no complaints. Excellent, quite and well located.
