Two queen beds not two double beds. Made the stay much nicer. I don't like rooms with doors that open to the parking lot. That I didn't know until I booked it. Very nice. I would stay there again.

This was the nastiest hotel that I have ever been in. Really over rated. I will stay in my car before I would stay there again. Save your time and money and just keep driving!!!

Finally an event free hotel. Quiet!! Yea!! Clean. Bath you don't bump your head in. Towels good and serviced. Problem free TV. Micro and refrig. New Waffle maker on the breakfast bar, and a nice staff that was not burned out acting. They would see you as a real person. Bugs were outside, not in. Right in zone with all kinds of food and shopping and major roads. No hassles. Only nit-picky thing was a small dip in the mattress. Parking for trailers no problem.

Very comfortable and safe feeling. The bed was small. Nice hotel and I felt very safe. I was traveling alone and that means a lot.

Great location. Small room & bed, overpriced, outdated, and check-in service. I can't imagine this hotel being successful if all of the rooms were disappointing. It offered free internet, though we never could get it to work and we've never had a problem anywhere else. The one cup coffee pot that sat on the ledge had cracked on, crusty water spots in the reservoir. The A/C never really cooled off the room, even though it was set on high. The entrance door to the room was the size of a closet door - the door to the maintenance closet next door was bigger than our door. It was just an all around disappointment which made for a very long night. I enjoyed the city we visited and the location was great, It just was not up to par or up to the standards I've gotten accustomed with. But I will never waste money at that location again. I was actually surprised to see that it was right next door and shared a parking lot with a 5-star restaurant. This hotel just didn't fit in the vicinity of the nearby Holiday Inn and Courtyard Marr.

Clerk was very nice. Hotel was very centrally located, it was clean, staff friendly. Only problem I had was no smoking rooms available to me and when I got into rooms, they were both 1 double bed in each and very small.

Location is good. Room is so small, only one full size bed for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 5-year-old girl), unbelievable terrible!

Breakfast provided. They were in process of updating the hotel and had a new bath tub installed. Carpet around moldings appreared dirty. Right on main road. Had to carry luggage up stairs, etc.

Broken bed - very uncomfortable evening. Indifferent hotel staff.

It was a way to get off the freeway and the torrential rains. I would have preferred a ground floor room.

The bed was comfortable. Incompetence and non-helping. I was given the wrong room when I checked in, and opened the door on another guest. Then after that embarrassment was given the room next to that guest and was berated and called many derogatory names. The non-smoking room smelled like a cigarette, and the staff was not helpful with my situation.

Nice Breakfast Bar. $10.00 surcharge for a downstairs room.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Parking close. The motel was a great place to sleep and have a breakfast for the average traveler. Prices were reasonable and the location was good. It was not a luxury hotel for that price and so that wasn't expected, there was some age to the place, but it was in all-around good shape. Our experience was positive and the staff had a lot to do with that!

Location and conveince. Was forced into a smoking room with only one queen bed, all beds are uncomfortable. Good location, good continental breakfast, however beds are very uncomfortable (stayed there 5 times) and they have a lack of extra towels and pillows up front.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Location. Flooding on the night of arrival, no key provided for three days. Flooding was probably unavoidable but really impacted the stay, no key for three days, no power on first morning. The room, on the second floor, so not flooded, felt damp and had a very strong, rather offensive air freshener odor at all times. Insufficient towels and very poor lighting in the room made it feel very budget. Sheets were too small for the bed and came unstuck every night, bed was ok but pillows, only two and very thin, were not sufficient. Generally very unsatisfactory.

Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was unexpected but greatly appreciated. I almost always stay in a 4 star hotel so I was greatly surprised at how nice this hotel is. It is convenient to IHOP and waffle house and a convenience store. And it was easy to get to.

Nothing. Room was filthy, it felt unsafe, horrible.

Desk was helpful in getting another room elsewhere 1 hour away! I got a smoking room, I tried it, but it smelled like a wet ashtray, so I asked for another room. There were none available anywhere. So, after driving 8 hours to get there, I had to drive another hour and pay another to get a room. Front desk was helpful.
Date of Stay:

Price was excellent. Too much light came into the room. Unable to sleep. Overall it is a very nice hotel. But the room was too bright to sleep during the day and it was a bit noisy. Also I was not allowed to check in before 4p.m. I have to get up at midnight. Other than that it was very good.

Nothing! This place is filthy and the staff doesn't care. The room was dirty and smelled. The furniture was broken and chipped. Did not feel safe in the area. Staff said they were sorry but did not even look at the room. Hope you will remove this from your offerings. It is a disgrace to your company.
