Went with friends to enjoy the music fest. The hotel was clean the staff was very courteous and attentive - especially the restaurant staff covering the free hot breakfast. Entire trip was very enjoyable and plan on coming back next year.

The hotel needs an elevator to the second floor. That is too many steps to take luggage up. It is too hard. The hotel needs an elevator to the second floor. It is too hard for seniors to get luggage up to the second floor with that many steps. There was only a full size bed in our room, which is much too small. I didn't even know any motel put only one bed of that size in a room. Should at least be a queen size.

The only negitive is the "breakfast buffet". As mentioned in another review it is a mexican place next to the hotel. Not a big deal to me since there aren't too many breadfast buffets I like anyway. Otherwise, good place for an overnight stop, maybe 2 nights. I wouldn't use it for an extended stay if I could find other places in the area that were a little nicer but in a pinch, it would be OK for longer stays. The facilities were a little above average for the price.

a motel is a motel is a...however this motel did have a very courteous and helpful staff, the room was good and away from the interstate traffic, the location was good for me since it was within one block of the interstate--overall a very good experience

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Good breakfast provided. Room smelled strongly like bleach. The staff was very friendly. The room smelled very strongly of bleach when I first got there. The beds were standard, nothing special. The breakfast was served at a neighboring Mexican restaurant which was good. However, I went to the restaurant for dinner and a drink and it was very expensive for you got. Claimed to have karaoke and live entertainment Friday night but we were the only ones there at 10pm.

Overall I would give this location an A+. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I prefered a non smoking room but had to get a smoking room. The continental breakfast was a little less than impressive and delivered less than expected, but the menu food was pretty good in the resturant. After two mornings we ate breakfast at the waffle house next door. It was fairly easy to get to places all around the town/area from here. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again, and beleive it was a great value.

No bedspreads on beds, room repairs shoddy in workmanship, wasps everywhere outside rooms. Pool in poor condition. Manager of hotel wanted to be argumentative about everything. Friday and Saturday nights they bring in entertainment and locals fill the lounge and restaurant so that it is too crowded for guest use and the patrons they bring in require extra security inside and in the parking areas which the hotel guests have to get through to gain access to the parking areas for rooms. We felt unsafe and checked our vehicle regularly during the night.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was moldy. For the price it was not all bad. But the bathrooms need to have the mold removed. Other than that it was not a bad experience.

i have gone to nashville for fan fair the last 6 years. this was my first time at your hotel. the room was very clean and comfortable and so close to everything.

Convenient location to Nashville via I-24. Had the most helpful attendant I have every come across even in a more expensive hotel. This hotel is conveniently located off I-24. Was easy to get to Nashville and then on to Tullahoma. Room was extremely clean and desk staff was best and most helpful I've come across.

Big room, comfy beds. Had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, even a closet. Easily the nicest room we had on our trip. Desk clerk was very helpful--even gave us a discounted rate.Did not care for their continental breakfast, which is actually served at the Mexican restaurant across the street. They ran out of plates, apple juice, & cream cheese, and the waffle came out all runny (don't ask me how).

We found that the customer comes first in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating from check in to check out. After checking into our room we received a call from the manager checking to see if everything was satisfactory. We were also moved immediately when we came back to our room on the second day to find an odor. Manager also came back to the hotel from home to help me with an internet problem. Everyone went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable.

The on-site restaurant, el arroyo, was very good. Also there was a convenience store across the parking lot. They have two entrance roads to the complex, but only use one. Space is tight to drive around the building. Very good location. Clean room. Very good on-site restaurant. Bedding was cheap and not very comfortable; springy mattress. Overall good economy motel.

Very large room. The kitchenette was straight out of the 70s--quite an eye sore. This hotel was really disappointing. The room we were in had a door to an adjoining room, and there was a hole where a dead bolt should have been! There was no one in the room (storage), but when I called to the front desk, the lady acted like it was no big deal because no one used that room! Finally they sent someone to fix it, but the absolute lack of concern for there being a hole in the door was unacceptable.
