Nice, clean rooms with enough room for my family of four. Free wi-fi a little slow but worked OK. Bathroom a little shabby but clean with a good shower. Clerks were helpful and courteous. Quiet and secure. Decent breakfast for hotel free breakfast, with malted waffles, eggs, cereal, donuts and more. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fairly average and fairly clean. It is a little noisy right off the freeway exit. The beds are very uncomfortable had a hard time sleeping.

Nothing. Everything. The Hotel has a bad odor. The lights were not fixed when I asked, constant flickering. Our room was aesthetically appealing. We arrived late in the evening, asked for a rollaway bed. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Breakfast was good, but the room was too small for the number of diners. Although the motel is located close to the interstate and a truck stop, we did not notice much noise and slept well. Our stay was worth the money and overall we enjoyed our experience.

Great location if you're just passing through, right off I-15. Clean, large rooms, fluffy towels, free breakfast, not a huge variety of foods but it was OK.

My wife and I checked into this Best Western under a military/government rate which was quoted as 58 and change. At that time, we were told there was a refundable 10 pet fee.After returning home, I noticed that we had been charged over 75. When I challenged the General Manager of this hotel, he said they added 7 and change for taxes (taxes aren't added to Government/Military perdiem rates). He wouldn't respond to the 10 pet fee which was never refunded.If you receive a quote on a room charge, initial right next to that rate, then that should be the rate and surely they should know that taxes aren't added to per diem rates. The pet did nothing wrong in the room.I feel this place will scam you if you aren't careful. I'd find another place.

Staff wasfriendly, lobby pretty, androoms wereclean. Not impressed with breakfast selection, but was OK. Good sized rooms, pretty clean, and staff was friendly. Easy on and off the highway. Easy to get to and from places.

Our stay was ok, clean room, the usual very boring breakfast, I would rather hotels not give free breakfast, they are usually very crowded, boring, dirty, and uncomfortable with everyone pushing around to get their cheesy waffles. The only thing I saw about this hotel that was bad was the location across from a noisy truck stop. Also the stairways were blocked by couches and the vending machines were empty. I would probably stay elsewhere next time. Value for money was ok.

The breakfast was better than expected. Strange noises coming from ceiling and the unwillingness of staff to accommodate our needs. No elevator. Had to haul our luggage up the stairs. The room had some noisy water heater or something above us that kept going off and on all night.

I stayed here for four nights in June, but not planning to return for my next trip. I had a very nice corner suite on the 3rd floor, roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel is situated on an access road and across the street is a truck stop, so semis come and go all hours of the night, parking on both sides of the access road and even in the hotel parking lot. Good thing I had plenty of pillows to wrap around my head!

Close to freeway. Bath tubs creaked 2&3 units away & woke us up. Handy location close to the freeway. Was hoping to enjoy the spa, but it was closed. The bath tubs were made of fiber glass/plastic and creaked when people would get in to take a shower. This was load enough to wake us up from 2-3 units away. I would guess they were not installed right and need support underneath to stop the noise from continuing.

Very close to freeway exit and restaurants. Nice breakfast bar. Description say resent remodel but room are grungy and fixtures are old. The shower in the first room we were given did not work the fixture was falling out of the wall. The 2nd room we were given was filthy. Dirty furniture upholstery, tears in sheets and bathroom toilet and floor were dirty. Too tired to search for another hotel that late at night. If the hotel is that concerned with possible damage to charge a security deposit they should make sure their furniture, appliances, fixtures and bedding are in good condition. Clerks seems to be trained in blank stares and quoting policies.

I liked when I left. The front desk help, location, price and it had a bad odor. This hotel did not meet my expectations for a two and a half star, it doesn't compare to a two and a half star located in Provo such as the Marriott. I was not satisfied.
