Nice clean rooms. AC worked great, especially when temps were above 100. Went sightseeing. Easy to get around. Minor problems with door sticking. They just painted doors and with the temps above 100 degrees. I would probably stick too. Staff were friendly and courteous. Gave us suggestions to different sights to see. Depending where you wanted to eat, most chain restaurants you had drive to. Same with shopping.

The location was good and the staff was very helpful. The cooling did not work properly. The room was like a sauna. It's hard to say something positive when the temperature was such a problem. Yes, the staff offered to give us another room, but if all the cool air comes up behind the curtain, when that small space is cool, the air conditioner shuts off. The air conditioner can't work properly under these conditions. Unfortunately many hotels use the same design and air comfort whether hot or cold is a problem.

I had a wonderful time. The staff was great making sure that I did not have to walk to far for breakfast (I am very much pregnant). We always felt safe, and the one problem we had was with a neighbor. They turned their radio up way too loud. We called the front desk and they handled it right away. We stayed there 5 nights. They let us check in a little early without question. I loved the all options for breakfast.

This is a great place for the money; especially if looking for basic accommodations. I enjoyed the free breakfast!

My family was there for a funeral, the location was close to the cemetary. If the stay was for any other reason, I might compare with other trips, but since it was not comparison's are not applicable

The rooms were very clean, pleasantly decorated and quiet. The outside seemed a little run down. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They even let me back into our room after we forgot something and had checked out already. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was extremely quiet - and it was very full the night we were there. It was a great stay!

We had a good stay at the Hotel in Mesa. It was clean and the desk clerks were courteous and very helpful. The breakfast, however, did not have any fresh fruit, but week old bananas. The remaining selection was diverse and tasty.

This hotel is in a shady area of town and we were a bit uncomfortable having our two little ones with us.. The room was clean, but the pool which looked magnificant in the pics was tiny.. as well as the hot tub..the water was so cloudy that we didn't swim.. breakfast was bread, pastry and juice.. limit on those as my husband tried to get a few to take back to the room for me and kidswhile I got ready but was denied more than 2.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee in room, although our coffee maker was broken and not replaced until we were leaving. Breakfast was very good with fresh made waffles and other choices. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Friendly staff and convenient location for our trip. Nothing to dislike. The staff was excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate our group.

It was affordable and close to the freeway. The beds were uncomfortable. Room was small. Not in the best part of town, but close to the freeway and other places in Mesa. Hard, uncomfortable beds. Friendly staff.

We stayed here overnight for the wedding of a family member. Everything was perfect, and the room was clean and very comfortable.

It offered breakfast. Breakfast room didn't have much seating area. In older part of town. Room was nicer inside than expected. Nice pool area but small breakfast room.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodationg, and my room/bed was comfortable. This was my first trip to Phoenix and I was there to attend the Super Bowl. The hotel itself was probably not well situated geographically for the game and I wasn't prepared for how spread-out the area was. Because I was on the go most of the time, traveling to meet friends and family for related activities in other areas (Scottsdale, Glendale, etc.) I did not spend much time in the Mesa area at all.

The 24 hour lobby hours. The heater blew the warm air up into the curtains, not towards me. I was pleased with this location. It was centralized to every where I needed to go for my trip. The night time front desk clerk was great.

We thought the housekeeping staff was very lax. The refrigerator insides(racks) were very sticky and were never cleaned, even though we removed them and left them out to be done, we told the manager about this and the housekeepers were told about it, a sticker was in the drain of the tub, removed and left on the edge of the tub, because the room was to be cleaned, it was still there 2 days later. Other than that it was fine.

Price; also room was not bad, clean. Noisy teens at night (in parking lot).
