Great except for InternetGood room, helpful staff, well supplied breakfast. No wifi available in room, and not working where it should have been. Told this fault had only just occurred, and as it's the first time I've stayed I'll take their word for it. Good rate on Late rooms, rack rate is totally ridiculous!

The toilet was not clean. There was urine stains on the bottom portion of the toilet. There was also a gum spot located on the carpet in the room. The hotel in my opinion was extremely close to the airport which made it hard to sleep during certain times of the night and early morning. The television selection was extremely poor and for the pricing of the hotel the internet should have been free or included in the cost. However, the staff was helpful but not too knowledgeable about the city.

First of all, the web site of Best Western Master Robert Hotel claims something along the lines that they are close to the Tube and/or bus station. In reality, the hotel is pretty far away and takes some half an hour to walk. It might be Ok if you travel light, but if you have luggage, prepare to do some exercise. Second, the toilet in the room did not work. I am usually not a picky person, but in this situation, something as simple as a toilet...unacceptable. Third, Hotel's web site claims they have breakfast; not true. There is no breakfast available. At least I didn't see any. And lastly, Hotel's staff could not find my name in their system when people tried to get a hold of me overseas. My colleagues ended up contacting the travel agency and asking them to resolve the matter, and the travel agency called up the hotel and miraculously my name was found in the system. I give thanks for that to the travel agency . Overall, this place is not worth staying at, whether you're in London for pleasure or just for one night. There are plenty of other hotels closer to the airport and much nicer than this one. Paying extra 20 pounds will be worth doing so.

Late room, good stay if you like noisy aircraft!Very good late deal and my own fault for leaving the window open. Large, comfortable room with good TV and Coffee / Tea making facilities. Clean and tidy. My only criticism would be that the shower was little more than a trickle. Otherwise, great value, well situated and very efficient.

for the price of 35 per night , fantastic hotel. large rooms and well serviced. the con's are far from every tube station in the area . Planes roaring above your head all night ( depends wind direction I suppose , as the second night I stayed planes were taking different route). Basic TV which can improve . Break fast basic British and Ok. staff nice , but need to be realistic about the information they give . I asked a guy twice how far the tube would be and he said 10 minutes walk. where in reality it was 5-8 minutes drive and min 25 minutes walk( Osterly).

The holtel was comfortable. Expensive for the dollar excahnge rate. The breakfast was expensive but excellent. Staff could have been more friendly- were business like distant in some ways.

Good DealClean tidy room only fault mattress very uncomfortable so could not get much sleep, most people complain about the air craft noise but that didn't bother any of us. After all you are next to one of the busiest airports in the world!Food very good and well priced.

The Best Western Master Robert Hotel has convenient parking for visitors who come by car but it is a 15 minute walk to the nearest underground stations. The room was a long walk from the lobby through the parking lot with little shelter from the rain. But the room and bathroom were fine: roomy with everything you need. Breakfast was fine too, though refills on coffee took time. If you need to reach the airport early in the morning or are arriving late at night the hotel is a good deal for one night. Otherwise there is little reason to stay here.

BIG BREAKFAST!Our room was very comfortable, if a little warm as we couldnt open the window. It is under the flight path, but we didnt hear any noise! Parking was very secure. The breakfast the next day was enormous and yummy, we had to wait a few minutes for a table, 9.30am is popular!!! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would stay again and recommend, but best value is through laterooms!

Motel style layout, great value for money and rooms are big enough to comfortably accommodate three adults. Separate bath/shower area and walking distance (about one mile) to the Hounslow shopping district and multiple pubs and restaurants. A convenient, cost-effective alternative for a stopover prior to or after a flight from/to Heathrow airport.
