I witnessed an altercation between the front desk and some guests that I did not stay to watch. Instead I went to see the pool. When I saw that it was half empty and green I chose to cancel and find another hotel. The clerk was very polite about canceling my reservation and remarked that it wasn't really a good time to stay since they were expecting a lot of chaos from a local event. He didn't even notice that I was wearing a shirt that indicated I was part of said event. I guess he didn't care.

The bed was clean, the towels were good sized & the soap dispensers were great idea. The bathroom was very small, the carpet was satifactory & the tv had no remote. Overall for one night business trip the hotel was great.

For the price a great stay. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and staff was very friendly. TV reception was a bit grainy. Bathroom was very small... but other than that, well worth the money for being in a prime location.

The internet speed was great and flawless. Housekeeping was excellent. The area by the ice machine on the third floor smelled like an armpit.

The customer service was impeccable, the location was wonderful with no traffic, the hotel was very clean & the pool was very nice. However the air conditioner was not functioning properly and it didn't get quite as cool in the room as we would've liked. Although everything else was so wonderful, I would DEFINITELY return to this hotel when in the Dallas area again.

The pool area was nice and they had happy hour. The staff could have been a little more helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice. It was fairly small and had a nice atmosphere. The continental breakfast was perfect for the business traveler and it was close to market. It was perfect for our needs.

We attended a concert at the American Airlines Center. This hotel was really close & convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were small. The bathroom needed to be updated. The rugs in the hallway and the room were filthy and had a funky sour odor.

This hotel is along Market Center however has moved a bit further West and won't match up to old GPS data. That said, the exterior looks typical for this hotel chain. Parking lot is small and snug to say the least. The desk staff were friendly and courtous. However, upon taking the elevator to our floor, as soon as the doors opened we were immediately hit with a strong musty damp smell. Basically it seems they don't like running the AC in the hallways. Entering the room conditions were similar, however after an afternoon of AC it is more bearable. The room wasn't cleaned well and calcium buildup/mold were apparent in the restroom. This place has a long way to go to being better. Not what i'd expect from a Best Western hotel or even any of the other economy hotels. Simply not worth your money. It really reminded me of a cheap roadside hotel.
