We stayed at this hotel on March 14th and were treated terribly by the front desk staff. They refused to give us a copy of our registration. They cut us off mid-sentence and didn't even smile. The front desk clerk was abrubt, demanding and very unkind. We called for extra towels and were hung up four times before somebody would bring us more towels. We complained twice about a party and fighting in the next room and nothing was done. I would not stay there ever again. I was extremely disappointed because I always thought Best Western was pretty safe bet as far as hotel chains go. The security chain was broken on the door and we couldn't get the window to lock with out extreme effort and help from a passerby.

Again, very good place to stay for non-tourists. Having to make multiple trips to Las Vegas for family business, this has become my go-to place to stay. It's quiet, affordable and not choked with tourists and party-goers. Far more preferable than staying at a motel.

Efficient, near the strip and that is good at this price. Interior decor could use some updating.

Off the strip, on the monorail and bus lines. Very near convention center.

I stayed here with my son and was horrified at the dirty, dingy rooms and the rudeness of the staff. My son developed a terrible body rash after sleeping on the sheets. I wrote a letter to the corporation about the Hotel and was assured that someone from the Hotel would be calling me to discuss what a nightmare we endured. Of course, no one ever did. For the same price, go stay at Sam's Town.

We have a relative in Vegas who suffered a massive stroke. It was necessary for us to travel there almost weekly for several weeks to handle her affairs and assist in her recovery. We wish we discovered this hotel sooner. For the price, this hotel is leagues above similarly-priced places. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff are extremely helpful. The kitchenette proved to be very useful. My only quibble would be that the second time I stayed there, the WiFi reception was a little rough. While it states in their guest brochure that there is a LAN cable option, that is not the case. To their credit, they tried their best to figure out why the WiFi wasn't working for me. This is a great place to stay for those on a budget who don't mind having a little distance from the strip.

Fast check in. Old. The Hotel is near apartment complexes that appear to be for people living from day to day. Scary environment.

The layout of the room was what I liked best. Intended to be a short trade show trip but decided to ask a girlfirend along to make a "friends weekend ". The beds are separated by a Spanish Style partition, so when she wanted to watch TV to fall asleep., I didn't have to see it or hear it. Super close to the Sands Convention Center. Food in restaurant of good quality and also affordable. Ate breakfast there every day. Staff very nice and helpful. Not the Taj Mahal,, but who stays in their room in Vegas anyway? Beds are nice & firm, but pillows were little and lumpy. If you drive in ,, bring your own. Coffee maker and cold fridge in room,, nice.. Elevator SMALL and no air flow. If you are claustrophobic, you will freak.

The room was great - big and clean with all the amenities. The service was excellent and they upgraded our room as they didn't have what we asked for. The lobby has a restaurant/ bar and slot machines which were a bit crowded and noisy but the room was good.

Free internet, free airport shuttle, friendly staff. Late-night food service temporarily suspended. This hotel has a much larger room than initially appears, is conveniently located a short walk from the monorail (Convention Center), has a great breakfast featuring make-your-own waffles, and has a very friendly staff.

I stayed here for two nights. Housekeeping is in question. My room was never cleaned. I requested for my room to be cleaned and left the room service card on the door. Upon my return I found my door ajar, room still not cleaned and room service card left on top T.V. Guest services refused to accomidate my awful experience with any kind of discount. The excuse they gave me was, " there is nothing we can do. you purchased the room online."

Assuming you have a car or will take a cab, this place is perfect. Close to everyhting but not expensive, Rooms had room for both adults. Parked right outside door. Three story motel. Small video casino if you must. Food good too.

Price was awesome! Hotel food very good. Not enough trash cans. The hotel is in a very strategic spot. It worked out well for New Year's since one had a good view of the fireworks. We were also able to avoid the Strip traffic.

My complaint with this hotel is that they say there is wireless interet access, but it is very, very spotty and I was unable to access it at all from my room. Upon questioning, they said I probably could from the lobby. I never tried b/c what lobby there is is filled with slot machines & restaurant. Room clean & fairly spacious. Outside room access with very clean walkways. Amazingly small elevator which is not a good preview of the room.
