Pros: good location, microwave and fridge Cons: Staff is LAZY!!! - 3 different maids for the 4 nights we stayed. EACH had to be watched like hawks to make sure they cleaned properly. All had to be called back to clean bathroom and vacuum properly. Sheets are supposed to be changed every 2 days by their own policy, but we had to argue with maid to get her to do it. - They SAY there is breakfast, but it is not included, you have to PAY for it, which they dont tell you before! - Desk Staff not helpful. - They have 2 washers and one dryer that is very weak. A family was parked in the laundry room for 5 hours (they even ate dinner there) and would not let us dry our clothes which were wet from the dryer and the desk staff would NOT let us keep the laundry room open for 30 more minutes to dry our clothes though we were leaving early in the morning. nor would they manage the situation of one family hogging the laundry. and they were rude about it. - Night Staff is consistently not well trained. talked to 3 different people on 3 nights and each was worse than the one before.

Our reservation was lost, and the hotel was fully booked, but the staff were really helpful in trying to resolve the matter and we ended up staying in a room that they keep unoccupied in case such emergencies occur.

The hotel was great, but the service at the adjoining restaurant was poor. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. They were spacious and comfortable with nice amenities. The beds were new and comfortable. Most of the time, there are not enough pillows, but each of the 2 queen beds had 6 pillows. Heavenly!

The hotel is run down and needs work. The worst part was that our room was smelly and it was difficult to sleep there. We would never go back there.

The rooms was nice and big, and clean.The location was very close to Yellowstone. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the spa, the water in it looked dirt.

The pool was refreshing and enjoyable for the family. I was told that I would have a breakfast bar and instead was told to go to a restaurant up the hill and buy a buffet over priced at $7.50. I think they could be much friendlier and instead of employing that we would have a breakfast state the truth up front.

Loccation:beautiful view of mountains, right beside the river. Did not expect the room to have a refrigerator and microwave but it did. Walls were thin, could hear the TV in the next room. Would stay here again.

Very good location and very close to Yellowstonw National park. only bad thing is you can barely find food for dinner. However, if you plan on doing wild animal safari, such as looking for bears, wolves, coyotes, etc., this is definitely the best place for you to stay so that you can go into the park very early or come back to the hotel mad late!

The hotel is located in perfect place to stay for tourist. There is just limited coin laundry to use for people, need more washer and driers. I enjoyed 2 nights at the hotel. If I have travel again to there, I would stay again.

We were very pleased with this motel. The rooms were large and very clean. We had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was great for preparing for days in the park. The pool was nice and the river view from our room was great. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant which was ok and kind of overpriced, especially for the kids.

Lovely area, great location in adorable town right by entrance to Yellowstone. Room had inside and outside entrances. No continental breakfast. Really very nice, especially considering the price we got. Beautiful view of mountain (snow capped when we visited) and right by prettiest little river on it's way into Yellowstone. The drive to the hotel is gorgeous as well. Room comfortable and clean as well as kind of charming. Great views available! The river view faces the mountain as well and is right on the river. The mountain view faces the same way but is a bit further back from river.

The location of this hotel is a bonus and the view from some of the rooms outstanding. No complaints with the room except that the number of lights were sparse. Decor typical of West. Nice looking pool although didn't have a chance to use. Would stay there again.

It was in a beautiful location; at evening I went out on deck at front of hotel & looked at the Yellowstone River - awesome! The hallway was not airconditioned & was very warm.
