Fair for the money and good location. Smoking room was absolutely smelly.

Everything was real nice. I think in the future you will need to replace the mattresses and heating/air system. It was either too hot or too cold. We enjoyed out stay. The restaurant was real good.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. The walls were thin, you could hear the person in the next room sneezing. For a business trip, I would recommend the hotel. It was conveniently located right off of the highway. The rooms were clean and spacious and the restaurant/bar was of a higher quality for this level of hotel.

The warm hospitality and greeting. The corridors were cold - but the rooms were not. If your destination is Newport RI, this hotel is handy to everything, warmly welcoming and quite inexpensive for what you get: cleanliness, proximity and large rooms.

Courteous staff and proximity to Naval Base. Cleaning crew very late and access street to the hotel very narrow.

Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. The difficulty in getting to our room. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also, for a hotel off the beaten path of downtown Newport, the amenities were great. You didn't feel like you were keeping the wait staff or the bartender on the clock just for a few people. It was rather strange the long route we took to get to our room. Only one off center elevator and many different hallways.

Location and the room was clean. Great for a one night stay. Hotel is nice but not spectacular. Also there is a casino across the street and a shopping center down the road which are very convenient.

This hotel is ugly, smelled as if it had water damage, room inconvenient from main lobby. We and others as well had a lot of trouble using the card key to enter the building. The alternative was to enter through the main entrance and then walk a mile to your room. Very strange layout. Would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Location, good restaurant, clean, friendly staff. Overpriced a little. Rooms are clean and big enough for the family. Bathroom in the room was clean and neat. A little refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room. Excellent breakfast menu in the hotel restaurant.

Suite with two televisions. Driving required going to harbor area. We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into a 3-room suite with two televisions, a microwave and fridge. The decor was bright and clean in appearance.

Good location. Close to family and attractions. No mini fridge and no microwaves. They need to post their restaurant hours. We went to go for breakfast twice and they weren't open. The only time I saw it open was on Sunday morning for breakfast and open for dinner.
