This is a good hotel in a very good location. Rooms are very spacious and clean. General Areas are very clean as well. Staff is very very friendly. They make your stay very comfortable. Good breakfast! Good restaurants close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting fort wayne.

I love the location. I have stayed here before. This time the rooms seemed dated and the linens weren't up to my standard--in fact, they made me a tad nervous. The common areas are good and very clean. It was just the room-lighting was also terrible. I didn't have enough in room lighting to read or do work that I had brought with me.

Convenient location, liked environmentally friendly option for bedding changes. Moved rooms to get better toilet filler. Both rooms needed fluid master replaced. Stay at the hotel was acceptable.

The hotel was just fine for the price. Staff was nice, and rooms were fine. My friend and I were pleased over-all. Beautiful lobby, and convenient location. Worth the money.

The fact that they have a Starbucks around the corner. That it was difficult to navigate out of the hotel back to the highway. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Co-owner was helpful when I needed to send a fax quickly. Night desk was enjoyable to speak with as we shared information. The breakfast was small and sufficient for most people traveling with donuts, muffins, cereal, etc. along with juice and milk also available. The check-out process was seamless and I am planning another stay there next week for a few days. One final note. The fitness facility has most equipment one could want but the room was in disarray and the only thing I found I used was the treadmill. This was simply because the prior people had not put the gear back in it's rightful place.

I checked in on spare of moment. Wasn't told that the room had no heat...took hours to heat up. They had new carpet and recliner, BEDS are what is IMPORTANT!!..Not worth any amount of money..it was practically vacant. Went to check out...no one was at desk, a note was left to call them on a supplied phone, they were sleeping!! Very unhappy all in all.

We could not find another hotel as it was around 7:30 pm. Took two rooms here. My room was dirty, tub had mold in it, door was busted around lock, Faucet in sink was broke. heater made a noise. light bulbs were missing, mold around window. My friend had heater problems and room smelled like smoke, and his shower or tub ran water all night.We were on buisness and too tired to look elsewhere.
