very nice privately owned hotel. Good lounge & Bar facilities & range of beers. Dining room in conservatory is light & airy. Our room was a bit on the small side but the bathroom was fine.Food was very good. We enjoyed 2 buffet breakfasts and 2 dinners.

Relaxing StayOur stay was very relaxing. This hotel offers a nice location just outside of the busy part of Inverness.

A mini breakWe would recomend this hotel,the room we could not fault and the staff from the time we arrived till we left were so friendly and helpful.The breakfasts were first class and also the evening menues one could choose from just a snack to only a starter or just cheese and buscuits all served in the dinning room.All in all a very relaxed break we wll return.A big thank you to all the staff.

General view and suggestionsthis was a good hotyel we found it quiet qnd restful. the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was was of a high standard. the only thing i would suggest needs improving is the consevatory where the food was served. it was often very hot even with the doors open and either needs more shading or air conditioning
