This hotel has made drastic improvements since our stay in 2007. Everything is remodeled, with new beds and a breakfast buffet. The staff was very professional and pleasant. This was worth every penny & I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Yakima.

The Best Western Lincoln Inn was worth every penny. It was just out side of the downtown area so it was quiet. The room was great, spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issues I had were, the internet kept disconnecting on me but that easily could have been an issue with my computer, and the view from the room wasn't very nice. We had a room that faced some trailer park, but I wasn't there for the view, I was there to relax and escape from the reality of my own life for a night.

Hot breakfast buffet. Desk drawer broke on foot, maid entered room without knocking first. The room itself was just as expected. Having the desk drawer break and fall on my foot and the maid unlocking and open my door with out knocking or announcing was disturbing.

the rooms are not worth the amount of money u pay 2 stay here. beds not comfy, room smelled when entered. stains all over carpet. burn marked all over bathroom and n blankets. this was not n just my room but all 3 rooms our group had. a/c was not workin n 1 room and had 2 switch room and that room was n worse condition. this was 2nd time stayin here n past year and has just gottin worse!! WILL NEVER RETURN. when complained again at check out staff treated us like they didn't care!

Hotel was very nice - complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff in breakfast room could have been better. Tables dirty - serving area not attended to.

The breakfast consisted of stale bread items, various liquids and bananas. The room was clean and comfortable with a good selection of TV channels available (very limited remote, though, so you had to scan through all of them). Pool and spa area VERY nice.

The room was clean, air conditioning cooled room well (temps at l00 degrees outside) Assigned room 111, with ice machine outside door. Poor location. Patrons using ice woke up family late night and very early morning. The hotel provided a clean, comfortable room. Our location across from the floors ice machine was a major negative though. People drawing ice late at night and filling ice chests as early as 4:30a.m. made for little sleep. Brought this to the attention of the desk, but received no helpful comments. For the price. This rooms location was NOT worth it. Also, bedding and towels were not enough for our family (3). Had to fetch them ourselves.

I booked a non-smoking room. But when we arrived the hotel, the only room left for me is an ugly smoking room. Who's mistake is this?
