Cleanliness and working condition. The receptionist on check in was not friendly. Cleanliness was very good, amenities were nice, staff was friendly with the exception of the check in receptionist. A relative stayed there 6 months ago and did not like it, I had none of the problems they did. Very good place. I have stayed at the Crown Plaza in Managua last year, and liked it less than this place, and this is less costly.

Was a good choice, this hotel is a place for leisure and relax, people are very friendly, the kids can enjoy their own pool, full of gardens and flowers, clean, good food, delicious fish, i highly recomend it.

Great location next to the airport if you have an early morning flight. The staff was very nice and the food was great too. Outside the rooms it did smell pretty bad since someone was burning trash nearby, and like some of the reviews said, some of the rooms were in disrepair, but they were off to the extreme side of the hotel nowhere close to the rooms anyone was staying in and only visible if you took a random walk around like I did. Our room was in wonderful condition with great air conditioning, and the two pools were nice too.

Right across the street from the airport. Also has free internet use in lobby. Incompetent staff. There were no towels in our room. Took over 3 hours for them to finally bring them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Air conditioning units are second rate. There were bugs and ants in our room. The pool was filthy. We watched one little boy urinate in public about 10 ft. From the pool. A hotel employee walked right by him without saying a word. The service was uncharacteristically poor. There were no towels in our room when we arrived.

The Best Western was conviently located across from the international airport. The rooms were extremely clean and well made every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. If you stay try the spagetti. The sauce was very tasty, the meatballs a little hard but it was probably the best I had eaten for some time. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the distance from downtown. It runs about 10-12 dollars to go to Metro-Centro, which is the main new town shopping area. Plenty of places to eat there and shop. The ATM at the airport was only a walk across the street from the hotel. Both U.S. and local currency dispersed. A piece of good advice for the tired traveller who stays at this hotel., be sure to take advantage of the massage service there. They are expert and the cost is 35.00 an hour. I came home feeling much better than when I left. Best Western reasonable and good. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Nicaragua. P.S. Adjustable (and resonably quiet) air conditioning in the rooms and at least 70 TV channels to choose from.

Close the airport, nice comfortable rooms, great for relaxing, swimming, and a good meal. I did have a small issue with the language barrier. It was wonderful after a busy week, the hotel helped get us to the airport, and we had a wonderful day relaxing by the pool and enjoying food and drinks together.

Very disappointing "hotel", in need of major renovation work. Unclean, poor layout, marginal landscaping, only good point is its location directly across from airport and if you have a 5 AM flight, it is convenient, of course you will miss the breakfast buffet for which you paid upon check-in !

It is located very close to Airport. Hotel is old and rooms are old style and air-condition noisy. The rooms are very old style and air-condition is not efficient plus very noisy. Good thing is it is very close to airport. The break fast is provided as complimentary and it is excellent. Cook makes omelet in front of you to your choice. Only reasons I stayed at the hotel are. It has best break fast and it nearness to airport.

Everything in the rooms is in a state of disrepair and the rooms are filthy and have a lot of bugs. If your room is lacking bottled water, the help tells you that you can buy some. The bellboys are very accomodating.
