The service of the hotel is far from a four star hotel. Our room was smelling quite humid and the mattress quite foully. We didn't have any type of small bathroom utilities such as soap or shampoo and we had to ask for them in the reception. The worst part was that we hadn't decided if we were going to stay one extra night or not but we only could take that decision on the following day. Rudely we received a message at 12:00 in the night that there were no rooms available the next day. Without asking us, they just assumed we were leaving. The restaurant is quite small, no bar and the rooms don`t have mini bar or anything like that.
