Location was wonderful for early flight. The pillows were too hard. It's a place we would stay at again. Grounds were very pretty. Staff was very helpful.

I loved this place. My traveling companion and I couldn't believe the great rooms, the excellent service, and above all the free breakfast, with omelet no less, that went with it. We had poolside rooms, very quiet, very spacious, very nice. I'll always try to stay here whenever I visit Tucson!

We booked this hotel because it was listed as a "Pets Allowed" facility, and was in a good location. When possible we travel with our small dog because he is diabetic and requires medication. While we enjoyed the nice room, the breakfast, the restaurant, the swimming pool and the location convenience of the room, an incident occured that was truly unacceptable. We were in Tucson, AZ in July with the tempertures in the 105+ range. We left our dog in the air conditioned room on our first day of a four day stay. We made the mistake of leaving him in his crate by the sliding glass door so he could see outside, for his comfort. When we returned, I received a call from the front desk night manager. He advised me that our dog had been barking all afternoon, disturbing the other hotel guests. He went on to say that the rules of having an animal in the hotel were posted in the lobby. I had not seen the "rules", as I did not check in. I was told that he would "let it slide" this time, however, if the dog barked again, we would be told to leave the hotel and that NONE of our prepaid *.+ money would be refunded. I did read the whole page of typewritten "rules". I found that they wanted someone to be in the room at all times when the dog was there. If we did leave the dog, we were to get permission from the front desk. If the dog barked, we would be asked to leave with no refund, among some other purposterous requirements. Certainly not good business nor customer friendly. This hotel should not be listed as "Pets Allowed", since clearly they don't want to be pet friendly.

Beautiful Courtyard and restaurant, lobby. Good hot breakfast. Selected upgraded room from picture with 2dble beds and sofa. Room did not exist and staff made no attempt to accommodate. Beautiful hotel with lovely courtyard and nice restaurant. Good complimentary hot breakfast.

there was no volleyball net; no horseshoes; no heated pool; no restaurant on site; continental breakfast ran out of everything - no one around to replenish; had to go to main lobby for coffee; book online and asked for 2 beds, when I got there they had me down for 1 king; other people checking in had the same problem; only good thing was the comfortable bed and pillows

Great staff, clean rooms. Vending machines empty for entire stay. "Free" breakfast was limited to choice of only one waffle or one omelet. This goes beyond the concept of cheap.

Great front desk staff! really know how to make guest feel welcome! I felt like I was Home! really funny and outgoing! for young kids they were really professional! I'm for sure coming back! Hopefully they're still there. Great food! Comfortable beds! Slept like a baby.

Location, friendly staff, and accessibility. The carpet seemed a little shabby. A great place to stay near the airport!

This hotel is under new ownership & is finishing a wonderful remodel/renovation. The rooms are big and the beds are like heaven. The new Bar & restaurant are to open in Jan.07 - can hardly wait to stay again when all the work is finished. Great staff, very helpful and personable and the location is perfect. They have free high speed internet and a delicious breakfast and airport transfers were free too.

The hot water was hot. The cold water was hot. They don't provide ice buckets. The walls are paper thin. The light coming in underneath the door from the hallway works well as a night light. The AC in the room is loud. My bed sheets stunk. Some of the towels were dirty. The small marble shelf in the corner of the shower fell off. The Coke machine at the end of the hallway didn't work. The credit card type key stopped working after the first night. You can find a much nicer place for the same or less money.
