The overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. Too many loud kids running the halls late at night and into the morning.

This may be a great place for kids, but not for serious adults. The amenities (lounge, dining room) are the most dissapointing I've experienced in many years. There is absolutely no information in the rooms as to current entertainment, nearby dining, activities; in fact nothing. If you expect to make you evening plans while in your room, forget it. Truly dissapointing from Best Western.

The hotel is located just minutes off the 401 which is great for travelers. Also the Smithy’s restaurant located in the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and an excellent place for families and conventions. It is located just off the 401 so it is great for travelers and the Smithy’s restaurant downstairs is very convenient. The wait staff was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in a 2 star hotel.

We had a great time in the hotel, I was there for seminar and i came with my wife sha had a great time in London. The food was excellent, service excellent in the evening the hot tub was lot of fun. Smittys restaurant very good - special breakfast 7 lonch, great prices

Great pool area for the kids Pool area under construction, loud jackhammers while kids swimming Hotel was very clean, modern and great location. Restaurant at hotel as well that was priced well.Very clean.

I was upset with the fact that I requested a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and they put us on the 1st floor... I felt like it was the basement or something. There was availablity on other floors, because I heard the receptionist say there was to another customer. Over all, a nice hotel, but the carpets could use a changing.

It's almost like a resort - very nice. They let me stay on an extra day, too. There's nothing I didn't like. In an urban setting, there's an expansive atrium of water and luxury. The entire experience from check-in, through the room comfort, all amenities, and check out, is entirely enjoyable. (Construction in the parking lot should be finished soon, although that's not really objectionable or inconvenient).

"Rooms where great... i was surprised after reading these other reviews before i went... I asked around and they were renovated in the summer. 2 plasma screens, separate living area, double shower and tub. Kids loved the waterslide and pool."
