Date of Stay:
September, 2008
i got to stay at a hotel on a national holiday weekend that was a great find! it was great on all levels, cleanliness, room service, parking, check-in. i'll go back there as soon as i can, it was perfect!!
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Good location, clean rooms, andcomfortable beds. Indoor pool was noisy. Kids werein there night and day. Beautiful lobby, rooms are nice, good location off I-5. The only complaint was the noise of the pool. Kids were in there from early morning till late at night. The pool is indoors so the shouting echoes all over. I suppose there are rooms not by the pool, but the noise was bad for a business traveler or someone actually wanting to sleep. On the other hand the rooms were pretty well insulated.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
If you like pool noise and the sound of slamming doors you will love this hotel. Overall a nice facility, but the noise level can be unbearable. I have stayed there twice and won't go back.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Hotel was clean, comfortable, and has great customer service. The location is ideal for the Bellingham area.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Entrance to front lobby should be described proper directions. I appreciate the location: excess to I-5; close to WWU; downtown Bellingham: Marina and Fred Meyer.
Date of Stay:
February, 2008
I can't say enough about how nice this hotel was for us. The beds were very comfortable and the room was roomy and clean. Service was impecible. We ate several meals in the restaurant which was fabulous. Can't believe the price for such a nice place.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Not within walking distance of a restaurant other than the one in the hotel.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
Great location. The kids loved the pool, I loved the open feeling of the indoor pool. Very clean, and my husband loved the TV. We wanted to stay there another night, wish we planned for 2 nights instead of one.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Professional staff. The bathrooms had a musty smell. Professional and friendly staff, easy access to and from freeway, close shopping mall/strips, easy parking around the hotel, and good food. We would stay there again using priceline for price rating.
Date of Stay:
November, 2006
The usual amenities won't be remarked upon but this was nicer than more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Right off the freeway the semis run all night, but it's not obnoxious. Indoor pool which gets a lot of use. Pretty clean, free parking & ethernet. Walk to Fred Meyer (all purpose shopping), Starbucks, teriyaki take-out. The bar is dark but nice, non smoking. It's all 20 min from Canada/casinos. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice, clean, well decorated, we enjoyed it. Staff didn't monitor the pool hours, adults are from 9 -10 and staff allowed children stay, no quiet swim time for adults.

I never got to see it.

It was very clean, comfortable and well run.

Location. Nothing. I only stayed 1 night I was visiting my son at western Washington university and he always comes and stays with me when I visit. It was a fabulous experience.
Date of Stay:

Great restaurants, and service onside, stores right next door. The center pool area can be a bit noisy at times as its right in the middle of the hotel.
Date of Stay:

A restaurant waiter was absolutely the BEST! Extremely poor internet connection. Not good when you're traveling on business. Great facility and location. Would have rated it a strong 9 if not for the terrible internet service.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Comfortable & clean. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Great beds.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Rooms were nice and mostly clean. Horrible internet access - should have wireless in rooms. I would have loved the hotel, but internet access is extremely important to me. This is the most pathetic access I have encountered. This is a coastal college town - you really should have better Internet access. I have stayed here twice now: same problem.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Convenient and comfortable. A safe choice for the over night visitor.
Date of Stay:

Convenience. Staff not as friendly as expected. House keeping didn't clear the garbage in bed room, also overlooked didn't replenish the condiments such as coffee, sugar etc.
