The hotel suite was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I only wish that they would have taken into consideration when assigning us a room that we did not have children and probably would have preferred a room away from the pool so that our time on the patio/deck would have been a lot more relaxing. We reserved our room as 55 and older.

Location; size and amenities of the room. I liked everything about this hotel. An excellent place to stay at lake Chelan. Good value for the money. Parking was a bit tight at the time we stayed because of construction on a building behind the hotel. Basic but good continental breakfast.

Marvelous view on the lake, confortable familly suites with terrace and good room equipement, 2 swiming pool, 2 hot tubs. The staff is friendly, a nice place to be.

Location, great staff and amenities. This hotel is situated amongst beautiful views of Amazing Lake Chelan, close to the city center and a friendly, helpful staff. The room even had a corkscrew in the silverware drawer! Great stay!

Our family went for the first time to Lake Chelan during Spring Break. The location and the view of the lake was breathtaking. We were able to bring our yorkie dog with us and they were extremely nice with uour commodations. Rooms were simple but very clean. Staff member was friendly and very nice. The continental breakfast was very good and the room for the breakfast had a view of the lake and the hotel surroundings to die for. The kids had a great time in the indoor pool since weather was cold and it was very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of thid hotel. The hotel was very simple and nice. We would definitely come back again. We are very happy customers.

The deck, the view, the relaxed atmosphere. Hot tub, unfinished repair projects. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, and were wishing we had time to stay a little longer. The continental breakfast was very good, just unfortunate that good dining is a little ways away. All in all an enjoyable stay if only there had been one of the two hot tubs in service. Also, no towels at poolside.

Location next to lake. Ice makers weren¿t working in but one location out of three. Great place to stay off season, quiet then and affordable.

The rooms are very nice. Beds comfortable. Nice view. Parking. I love staying here out of all the hotels in Chelan. I have family who live here and I visit frequently so it's nice to have a clean comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price.
