Clean and close to Disney. We would stay again. The hotel was clean and the grounds were beautiful. We had no problems and the children loved the pool.

The only thing I would like to see changed is the Green House Restaurant open for dinner.(but it is a great breckfast buffet ) The food at the Bar & Grill wasn't bad, but I was hoping for something a little nicer as it was my son's 25 th birthday dinner. (We took advantage of Disney free on his birthday and granddaughter not 3 yet) The location is great for Disney, and outside the parking lot is Walgreens - Wendys- McDonolds- Burger King , and you don't have to get back on 192/ Irlo Bronson Hwy to get to them.( Sun. a.m. as we were sitting at the light to leave we did see Red Lobster just across the street.) The mini golf, playground & pool areas are nice if you have the time to use them. With a 2 1/2 year old with us, I was pleased with how clean the rooms - grounds-pool- etc. are. At night from our 2nd. floor room in building #10 we could see fireworks, The 12p.m. check out was great after being out so late at Disney.My husband & I and son & daughter-in-law will stay here again if (when) we come back to the Orlando area.

The location was excellent and convenient to the Disney land. The unwillingness to exchange a chair to accommodate a person with a larger build.

room was okay, no complimentary coffee available, except in room. Can buy coffee after 7 AM. An overpriced store is in walking distance for coffee and newspaper. Must pay to use computer. Complimentary computer time for 10 minutes to print your boarding pass, must pay if you want to use mapquest or search for activiities. Rooms have an odor.

The walls are so paper thin that when the guests next to us had their TV running at midnight it was like we were in the room with them. We called the front desk three times and finally 30 mins later we guess the guests got tired and went to sleep. We wanted to stay there because the location was good but it did not matter sense we did not get ANY sleep. We went to the front desk the following morning before we went to Disney and were told the manager would not be in for another hour and a half. We were told they could not CONTROL their guests actions. Blah Blah Blah.....Never we will stay again.

Staff and pool were very good. American flag was in extremely poor condition in front of th building. Hotel could use some cleaning on the outside and walkways. Overall accommodations were good for a 2 rating. Pool appeared to have been redone recently and was very good.

I stayed at the Best Western Lakeside for two days and I was very pleased. The outside of the hotel hinted at its age, but the room was clean and well-kept. Often when I stay at hotels/motels that are $ or less per night, as this was, there is something missing (tissues, towels, etc.). Not here. Everything I expected to be in the room was there, and it had a small refrigerator as well. The hotel's location is excellent. It has its own traffic light to allow guests to make lefthand turns on U.S. 192; not an easy task without a traffic light. There is a "general store" near the lobby and a Walgreens right next to the hotel, so if you need anything, you don't have to drive anywhere to get it. There are plenty of restaurants around, and of course, Disney World is only a few minutes away. Because I stayed for only two days, I did not experience the amenities that were offered by the Best Western, so I cannot comment on them. I wanted to try the "50 foot breakfast buffet," but my schedule did not allow it. I will certainly stay here again, so perhaps I'll get the chance to try it then.

Staff was rude, felt springs in the beds, key cards were not activated. I would not be going back. When I first walked into the hotel, the desk clerk was on his cell. He wasn't calling anyone, just scrolling through. He looked at me twice, never said a word. Finally, I spoke up and got service. I got to my room and the moron forgot to activate my key cards. My wife, I finally laid down to rest and we could feel the springs poking out of the mattress. We would not go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Location, view, and price. Moldy light fixture in bathroom. The motel is reasonably priced, easy to find, and has plenty of facilities around for dining, visiting, shopping, etc.

. had a wonderful time at disney magic kingdom...with my family and friends.. due to the front desk clerk...and a disney rep... they made my stay the best...they took care of my needs.. and i am truly gratfull ..... i will go back ... our room was nice.. the pool was clean and warm which we needed it to be ... my grandaughter loved the game room... the price was also just right....

Efficient and friendly; easy access to Disney World: Comfortable and pleasant. No bathroom fan; noisy toilet seat (squeaky). The room had a safe, hair dryer, and two comfortable beds. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the stay very much.

This hotel is good for families on a budget who want something close to the Disney area with things to do right at the hotel including a pool, arcade games and mini golf. Buisness travelers, couples or anyone looking for a nice room should avoid. A plus is some restaraunts, shops and a Walgreens within walking distance. The downside was the room itself was outdated and needed a new mattress. Cleanliness was only just acceptable as the room looked dingy. The lobby, restaurant and facilities are in a separate building leaving the setup of the rooms themselves as little better then a cheap motel. It was noisy with people always coming and going. I did not feel comfortable leaving belongings in the room, though there was a safe.

Close access to Disney. No hot tub. Very nice rooms, 3 heated pools, had shuttles to Disney but only left once in the morning and only had one return trip later.

The hotel was great, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean. There was a safe in the room big enough for a laptop and purse. Had internet service in the room and a frig. We were totally happy with the room. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. It was a good trip, and I wish I was back there already!
