Doors slam at a high DB level

It was close to where we wanted to go. Restaurant staff only catered to groups of 4 or more, less they did not seem to care about. The restaurant staff needs to be taught that if there are only 1 or two people they are important also. I ate breakfast alone one morning and it took me 30 minutes to get my food, those with 4 or more got their food in 10 to 15 minutes. Mine was cold, it was like they did not worry about me because their tip would be small but a large group would tip more so they only seemed to worry about them. When I told the front desk person it was like she was put out with me for complaining, she just wanted to put the blame on only having one cook. Another person chimed in about the lack of personnel to seat people, they left after waiting 15 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was only about 1/4 full.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable for family of five with a beagle traveling on budget. The hotel was under going renovations. The staff was excellent.

We did not have to camp out in the snow. The place was dirty and smelled like pine sol sprayed over stale rug deodorizer. Ancient Styrofoam cups in rooms. Stale and greasy food in restaurant. A glorified taco trailer unit on the shores of lake Lucille, catering to lovers of the bizarre, complete with fleets of high school basketball teams, heavy metal music lovers, pickup trucks with tuned pipes and no air cleaner, and snow machine racers. Breakfast tasted like it was mailed to the table. Be sure to ask them for their 30-minute rate.

Lake Lucille Inn is a very beautiful place to stay. The rooms were larger than most hotel room I've stayed in. Most of the staff was very helpful friendly and responsive. We did experience trouble checking in, a new staff member was tryng to check to see if our room was ready, but she didn't have the know how to get it done, so we ended up waiting about an hour before finely checked in. Over all it a very nice place to stay, and I would say there again.
