Front desk checking in staff VERY unfriendly. Had asked to be close to friends we were traveling with, could not accommodate request. NO elevators, difficult unloading luggage. Carpet in room, wet, maybe just shampooed?? Toilet clogged, refrigerater didn't work. NO one could look at refrigerater until next day. Would not recommend this hotel.

I liked that my purchase of a room included breakfast both days. I chose to have a nonsmoking room but directly across the hall others were smoking.

This hotel is not 4 smiley faces. It is very difficult to find the main entrance when you arrive at night. The exterior is dark and many places for people to hide. The beds are good how ever the pillows are way too soft. I will not stay there again or reccommend it.

Even though the lake was frozen, the view was still spectacular. The view from the restaurant was amazing. The front desk could use a little more work, with an exception of a young man named F. He was very helpful, and was able to answer any question we asked him. I love that they have a business center, hot tub, fitness center, and expectably the Sauna, the only down side was that their pool is out doors, so there was no swimming in the winter time. I will definitely consider coming back during the summer!

Very good value and very good hotel. 4 night stay for family vacation and Gorge at George concert event. Nice pool area/patio. On the lake, nice views. Decent buffet breakfast included. Close to I90. Overall superb value for the rates. We have reservations for next year.

Location. Check in took about twenty minutes due to idiot at the desk. I made reservations in advance and informed the hotel we would be checking in late. When I arrived there were several people waiting while a poor employee was trying to deal with them. It took nearly twenty minutes to get a room and it was late already. It was not satisfactory in that respect. Otherwise the hotel was OK. Also, I asked for a receipt on checkout and it was less than my Priceline receipt. I don't know yet what my credit card has been charged.

I have not stayed at this property in a while. The last time was about 2 years ago and they were due for some renovation. IT HAS BEEN DONE!!! This place looks great. They have redone the rooms, they are perfectly up-to-date. The lobby, lounge and restaurant all look wonderful! I will stay again during my next visit to Moses Lake! Oh did I metion I was very impressed with the staff, they were all very helpful.

The front desk area was very nice. The waitress in the restaurant was very mean.

Pool and pool area filthy. Two days later still dirty. Requested cleaning but nothing done. Room adequate but outdated furniture, frayed carpet and a refrigerator that froze the milk and fruit. Would not stay here again.

Convenience. Not able to make changes. Hotel was good. location is great.

Nice room, good service. The lot is run down and needs serious attention. It's a good place to stay and the lake view is very nice. The morning breakfast was tasty, but it had some rough points. Biscuits were hard and due to an allergic reaction we suspect some of the food had a good deal of MSG. It has a most impressive view of the lake though and the giant beaver/rodent living under the back storage shed was amazing to see. The Ritz it's not, but for a short family visit I'd recommended it.

Nice view of the Lake. The bed was hard and noises in the hall and adjacent rooms could easily be heard. This was my first stay in Moses Lake and my first stay at this hotel. I would rate this hotel as ok, but would definitely stay at another hotel of higher caliber if one were available.

The restaurant and the outside areas. The hallways. Great view, lobby, bar and restaurant with easy access to the lake and a nice pool. The food was very good and the restaurant and front desk help were very friendly. The room was comfortable but some deck furniture was looking tattered. Would I stay again? Yes! Its easy access off the interstate and the lake amenities are very relaxing.

Location. Seedy. The hotel has not been modernized. I have been staying at this hotel for 35 years.

On the water with a excellent view of the lake. Mainly the attitude of the counter person in handling my checking-in. Counter person was not very friendly. I believe that I was mistaken for possible negative or low-value person that they are either used to seeing or assumed. She acted like she did not want to wait on me. In fact, the person crossed over to the other end of the counter to wait on another and left me standing there. It seemed to me that I was not important enough to be served. It angered me to the point that I left the counter with the intention to leave. Considering that I had traveled to visit an old friend residing in the city and that my wife and I were both tried form a convention in another nearby city, I returned.
