The Best Western is a new hotel in Lake County. Pleasant lobby. Breakfast included in cost. Room was a suite, with living area, bar, fridge and microwave. Coffee in room. Central location near Waterman Hospital, downtown Eustis, Mount Dora. Good people, clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere. Even the weather was great. Best in area for the price.

The free breakfast was okay. The room needed major cleaning and grouting. WhenI go on vacation,I like to take a bath. But, this bath was horrible. the grout was mildewed. The floor in the corners were dirty.I would not go barefoot! I usually stay at the Hampton Inn up the road and it is 10000 times better.I was really disappointed.

My first time in this place..very helpful and friendly staff. Great rates and a very very nice and comfortable room. Breakfast was amazin'..eggs-sausages-dunkin donuts etc..

Upon arriving and entering the lobby it appeared that the hotel was new and very well decorated. The room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was more than we had expected. All of the hotel employees that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

Free internet access; room fridge and microwave; waterfall TV in the lobby lounge was a nice touch. Skeleton crew staff; no place to get a beer. This hotel met or exceeded my expectations in every way. Location across the street from the hospital, and 10 minutes from downtown Mount Dora was excellent. Very clean rooms, and the lobby lounge had a nice, cozy feel to it. The in-room microwave and refrigerator were a great convenience, as was the free internet access in the lobby area. The complimentary breakfast was good but not great, and after breakfast the only food or drink available was from the vending machines. While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel operated with a skeleton crew, which seemed to work, but keeps it in the moderate status range. As an example, we needed a couple of clean pillows because of a toddler spill. The only person available to call was the guy at the front desk, who could offer pillow cases but not pillows, as long as I could come down to pick them up. When I arrived at the front desk, he was happy to take a break from his chore of folding room towels for the next day to get my cases.

Location was close to Renningers. Bathroom was awful. Bed was comfortable. The hotel rooms could use freshening. The lobby and hallways are deceptively updated. The rooms are not. My room was a handicap room, so we did not even have a bathtub, but an overlarge shower with no barrier & the shower curtain was not long enough. So, nothing kept the water in & each time we showered, the bathroom floor was flooded. The AC was old and loud. It worked, but I had to sleep with earplugs to block out the sound (it was a room AC, not central). The bed was comfortable.

Comfortable bed, clean, excellent free breakfast, free internet to print out airline boarding pass. NA Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Clean eating area. Continental breakfast had a large variety of breakfast foods to choose from including hot scrambled eggs and saugage. I do plan on staying at this Best Western the next time I am in the area.

The lobby is really beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and it is very reasonably priced. The beds were not very comfortable and the bedding wasn't the greatest.

There was a huge american flag outside our room, when the wind blewall you saw was the flag. The breakfast, could not keep up. Same every day. Microwave eggs. Clean, new, very helpful staff. nice to be able to pick fresh oranges behind the hotel. across the street from the hospital. road construction was the only issue, hard to get out of entrance.

The lobby was very serene. Where was the WiFi in the rooms. You need that. I was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. Front desk was very helpful at all times. Since we don't care for continental breakfast we went down the road to soup to nuts. Great value for breakfast and great service to boot.

Very clean and well maintained. Perhaps a shower head with more adjustments than just the two which were the only choices. Very convient for the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and very clean.
