We had a great time at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious ! The restaurant La Fenouillère is one of the top restaurant in Quebec City. Don't miss it.

Great location, comfy beds, clean The location was great, for all the activities we wanted to see North of the city, as well as short drive from the old city. The beds were so comfartable, you just don't want to get out! The kids loved the pencakes and the staff was very friendly.

The bus to old Quebec was across the street and there was no fee for parking. The restaurant was expensive.

Lovely hotel. Staff is well able to handle english speakers. Outdoor pool was clean and decently maintained. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Going to our room from the lobby did require us to use a corridor which had cross traffic from the restaurant to the kitvhen, but it wasn't inconvenience. The pasta restaurant across the street from the hotel had fantastic food, and a great staff! We'd stay there at this hotel again and again.

We stayed 2 nights and were well pleased. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Quebec. Attentive service without being intrusive. Delicious food, reasonable prices. The location is excellent - close to the highway, with another 4 star (Italian) restaurant across the street, and a family-priced spaghetti house just two blocks away. We were there Oct 18 to 20 and the shuttle does NOT operate except in high season (I think that must be summer). The Canada Visitor's Centre is also just across the street with good maps and tourist info.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Not in the most attractive location. Fitness area sparse. The hotel was so well kept I initially thought it was new. The staff were very helpful and their English was much better than most anyone else we encountered in the Province of Quebec. The restaurant, while very favourably reviewed, is in my opinion far to pretentious for the average diner.

The cleanliness and the frontdesk staff were incredible. Easy of access starting from the highway and only 10 minutes in car to the Old Quebec. We recommend without hesitation this hotel!

Reasonable price. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and courteous staff, especially with the language difference. I would definitely come here again. We also appreciated the shuttle service.

The service and the staff was very friendly and helpful. With no question I would recommend it to others. W rate the hotel as very good. Our stay was a night stop over to Trois-Pistoles. Would we stay again, definitely.
