The Best Western Kom offered us a large room with a comfortable bed, a sofa, a desk and chair, a drawered suitcase stand, and two night stands. The closet has a safe for valuables. The bathroom is clean and modern. We were very pleased with the appearance of our accomodations. The television is a nice wall mounted flat screen but unfortunately there were only 11 channels so often there was nothing worth watching. If you are there in the summer when you have to open the windows it is extremely noisy outside. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, well stocked, and neatly arranged. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from a T-Bana station so getting around town is easy and convenient. There are many cafes and restautants in the vicinity.

This can be a good choice. The hotel is modern. Nice breakfast room. Can get a good price here if you are lucky. The location is very good - somewhat hidden close to the city center.

A hotel close to local transport (underground 3 min walk) and not too far from city centre. On quiet backstreet. Free the/coffe in the lobby and as Xmas special also alcohol-free mulled vine and ginger cookies. Very nice. Free internet PC in lobby too. Breakfast will suit most guests with a broad selection of food items. Some small restaurants in the vicinity. Would like to recommend the Little Tokyo (japanese!).

The Best Western KOM Hotel was comfortable and very conveniently located to everything. The room was fairly small and basic but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. On complaint: closet space was minimal and there was no drawers space. We stayed for 10 days and the housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. The buffet style breakfast was ample with cold cuts, eggs and bacon, cereals and fruit. In all, the value for the money was very good and we would stay at the KOM Hotel again.

Clerk at desk upon chech in was very accommodating and did her best to check us in as quickly as our room was cleaned. She also was nice enough to offer a Superior room for our stay.

Considering the cost of living in Sweden and the limited of manpower in that country, the Hotel is very good. Location is not very close to the Central station as claimed but it is not too far off either if you are not carrying more than one suitcase. Its rooms are fairly equipped and breakfast buffet is good, even for a vegetarian like me. On the second leg of our stay, there was no tea kettle in the room. We were asked to go down to the reception area if we wanted tea! Kettle missing must be an accidental omission. One wing of rooms is in the next building. if one is used to the bell boys taking the luggage to the rooms. There is none. The girls at the desk are helpful to tourists to recommend places of interest and the way to go there.

Great location means no need to buy a travel card if your map reading skills are up to scratch. Fairly cheap (for Stockholm), Quite hard to find initially. Great Breakfast!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic (expensive) city!!!

A warm welcome and were able to check in early instead of simply depositing luggage in luggage store. Good breakfast and helpful receptionists. Would stay there again. Appreciated free tea/coffee and internet use.
