Dining:
The hotel is well known for its dining experiences as it offers four restaurants each with its own individual style and appeal. ?Lichtenberg?, ?Pal?? and ?Herrev?relset? are located on the ground floor either side of the grand entrance hallway. Each offers a spectacularly ornate interior of stucco ceilings dating back to 1744, panelled walls, and chandeliers, all of which illustrates the hotels rich history. The restaurants serve either classical Danish dishes or internationally inspired food. The fourth restaurant is "Eydes K?lder" which is located beneath the vaulted ceilings of the hotel basement specialises in draught beers and popular dishes at reasonable prices.
