I had a good stay with my family.Every thing was good. The staffs were good to us. except the delay at check out time due to my missing travelling small pillow which the house keepper mistakingly took down to the loundry room.

The person are bad and the service was very bad.

I just want people to know that the management staff is very unfair and will not see to the needs of the customers. this was the worst hotel i ever had to deal with in my life!!

It was clean, refrigerator, microwave oven, T.V. Iron and hair dryer. The toilet paper was rough, the bathroom sink was clogged. The appearance was really nice, People were friendly and kind. Breakfast was great and kept clean after other people using the area. Maybe, there should be a computer in rooms to use for kids to use to pass the time other than T.V. Ice machines should be on all floors to use in the motel when needed.

Arrived to find it had been closed for 2 months - flood damage But ChoiceHotels still accepted my booking then washed their hands of it and left me stranded

Convenient to JFK airport, free parking. Fairly run-down. Needs remodeling (signs say they are working on it). Strong smoke smell in our room, from years of smoking, even though it's non-smoking now.

Little gem tucked away of Queen Blvd. within easy/safe walking distance to subway station for ""F"" line express trains into mid-town Manhattan. Good/free parking lot in residential/small business neighborhood. Hotel is refurbished top to bottom, very clean, good smelling, and with good service/staff. Nice dining room well equipped and stocked for good variety of complimentary breakfasts. The make-your-own-from-batter waffle machine is fun! A great bargain for business travelers or family vacations.

Close to JFK. Room smelled like smoke. The room smelled like smoke.

For the price it'll be hard to beat. Staff was pleasant and helpful, subway access is less than 2 blocks, good food nearby on Queens Blvd, and a nice little neighborhood to walk.

Great location, clean room, comfortable beds. Went to NYC to visit Shea Stadium and Yankee Stadium before they closed for good. Wanted a hotelclose to subway, clean and comfortable but not really interested in amenities as I knew I would only be using the room as a place to sleep. Comfort Inn Jamaica fit the bill perfectly. Easy, safe walk to and from subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable, AC really worked, bathroom was clean. Really was just what I was looking for.

The location was good for me to get where I needed to go. The underground parking was a little isolated.

The housekeeping staff does a great job in relation to the rooms. Although this time I had less interaction with the staff, I feel they need a little more work in this area when it comes to interaction with the guest. This hotel is well worth the price. It is conveniently located and has enough eateries in the area. The staff is a little out of tone with the guest, this I attribute to a cultural thing (staff mostly islanders and Indians). They are friendly, but need a little more work in this area. For the price, this is a great facility.

Close to subway; very helpful staff; clean andsafe. No restaurant. We also needed a safe neighborhood, a clean room to sleep in, and complimentary breakfast, if possible, to further cut down on expenses. This hotel met all of those needs and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our vacation included time in another city, after our stay in New York, for which we'd rented a car.

Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room. The hotel staff was not too friendly. I really think that for the price, this hotel was wonderful. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The hotel staff was not too friendly but I think that was due to a cultural thing.

Convenient to JFK and to Subway Station. Front desk ordered a private, more expensive taxi service when regular taxi requested. This hotel is good for a short stay if arriving via JFK. The rooms are small but clean, and the Subway Station is very convenient: just a couple blocks away with a 25 minute ride into Manhattan. The only problem I had was that the receptionist called a friend's expensive taxi service when a regular taxi was requested.

Very clean, comfortable. Very close to public transportation. Lots of traffic noise. It was overall a good stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly. The traffic noise was a bit much, but we still had a nice stay.

Fairly clean room and two blocks from Manhattan bound subway (f train). Staff was indifferent to say the least. One room was smoked in. Considering the prices in Manhattan, this is a good alternative to get in and out of Astoria, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

October, 2006
The beds were comfortable. The location is not as close to JFK airport as you would think. It was cheap and worth the cost, but the biggest downside was how difficult it was to get there from JFK. The Taxi fare was $20, and the taxi driver did not have a clue where it was.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for the first time in New York for me, it was my first trip as a business traveler, and I found it a little bit far for some of my locations, but it was very nice that staff helped me.
