This Best Western was awesome due to its location to Mills, the Street where all the bars are located. It was directly near it but you take a cab there very cheaply as well as the fact that they offered a shuttle to pick you up at the end of the night was a plus.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were accommodating, we chose Best Western because we appreciate the facilities. Satisfied.

Quiet and clean hotel. Located close to airport. The hotel's shuttle service got me around where I needed to in Tempe.

Some of the best service I have ever received regardless of the hotel price. The staff bent over backwards to meet every special request. The Starbucks directly across the street is a nice bonus. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay and appreciate everyone's efforts.

I did not hear other hotel guests. The air conditioner was too loud.

It was a good thing we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cons: the ""spas"" are tiny and dirty- wouldn't risk the dip; the front desk clerk friendly, but unprofessional; dried up chicken nugget found on the floor in our room (it didn't belong to us!; neighborhood was a little sketchy Pros: fitness center was nice; hotel was quiet; back-door entrance was convenient; continental breakfast was more than anticipated; freeway close

This Best Western Tempe was close to Tempe, ASU, and Scottsdale. I have had a difficult time finding affordable hotels in this area in which the doors to the rooms are inside the hotel, and not on the outside, where anyone can walk by. The Best Western Tempe was an enclosed building, where all guests must walk through the front lobby. This hotel was very nice and clean, and there was a nice table and chairs in the room where I could work.

The hotel does not have a traditional swimming pool, only hot tubs and lane pool.

The Best Western Inn of Tempe has decent rooms and facilities, but we had a problem during renovations that was unacceptable. The hotel had painting going on in the area we were staying, and we were awakened at 2AM by workmen removing wall paper in the room next door, on the wall next to our heads. The front desk clerk said he would speak to them about stopping, but they continued all night. On the fourth call, the desk clerk told us the workers refused to stop. We never had an employee apoligize until I pointed out that they were unable to say they were sorry for our experience. The other drawback of this hotel is that they have a Denny's next door. Although we thought that may be a benefit when we checked in, we were reminded what takes place at all night diners on the second night when an altercation began in the parking lot and ended with the police being called. Not the fault of the hotel, but nobody can sleep thru drunks screaming, honking horns and fighting outside your window, or the sirens that you get when the police show up.

Great location several dining choices near by. Getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge. Hotel was very good. Continental breakfast was offered until 10. Staff was great! Maids were good at getting the room done so you could relax if you desired.

The Best Western Tempe was conveniently located, making it easy to travel into Phoenix or up to Scottsdale or out to Mesa for various activities. The complementary breakfast was wonderful and the staff at the hotel was attentive.

was put in a non smoking room with was smoked in. was switched to different room and it was crammed with furniture/beds, etc and headboard was broken off wall...It was ok room for the money.

It was a great location. The room was smaller then most rooms I get through Best Western. The staff was not freindly. The pool was a lap pool, not a real one. The floors were slippery when wet and we had a pair of glasses disappear when we never took them out of the room. I had put a no cleaning service please on our door when we went out to eat and when we came back a maid was cleaning the room. The maid serve could not speak or understand english well, and I was very frustrated at the lack of concern over our missing items.

The Best Western Inn of Tempe has a location that makes it easy to travel back and forth to PHX Sky Harbor, which is the primary reason why I opted to stay there. The property appears to be well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable enough for a single-night stay.
