The front desk had three employees. However, for housekeeping and kitchen staff, I noticed that there were only a middle-aged husband and wife who were apparently trying to clean all the rooms themselves as well as do all the cooking for breakfast orders themselves. When we got to our room, the door was wide open, children had been going in and out playing in the room, and the drapes for the window were wadded up on the floor. It was very hot in the room as the a/c had not been turned on. We were in a hurry to get to a wedding shower and had to change clothes in a 100 degree room. The next morning for the complimentary breakfast, the husband and wife were desperately trying to get all the orders out for all the guests but were behind by 30-45 minutes. The wife was obviously overwhelmed and complained the whole time while taking orders.

As I checked into this hotel I was greeted by a pleaseant man, but upon slow response from an internet connection, I was NOT greeted by a freindly person anymore! It appears that, if they get NO approval, they just keep charging your card until they do. Which for me is NOT good. After beeing in my room for about 30 to 60 mins I receive a call from the fron desk stating that my card would not go through and they either need cash or find another hotel. Upon hearing this, I was very upset! What do you mean, "card will not go through?" I know there was money there! So my card being a VISA debt card from my bank, I got online (and I might add I DID NOT have ANY problem making a connection) and checked my account. There is where the problem was. I had 5 different charges to this hotel for $1100! And my account now in a NEGATIVE balance! I was apalled! So upon finding this, I go to front desk, and showing the front desk this, he said he would work on this problem and that it wasn't his problem but my banks. My problem? my bank was NICE enough to give this place way more money than needed, but yet this was my problem? I was baffled beyound belief! My bank worked with me and it was resloved, but NO thanks to this hotel. Beacuse in the mean time, I had NO money for dinner that evening or anything until the next day till noon! Upon check-out I should have been given a nice discount, but NO I didn't get anything! Sorry, but I will NOT stay there! unless I have CASH! So I say, when you go here check your bill!

Nice grounds and good breakfast. Although listed as pet friendly, no mention of $10/day fee. Nice, clean older motel. Good breakfast included. Although it was pet friendly, there was no mention of the $10 per day pet fee the motel charged.

The bed was nice. Many hotels have bad odor. This one did not. The staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and landscape was nice. The mattress was not the most comfortable. The hotel was small but quaint. The staff was extremely personable which help make up for the flat bed. The grounds were well kept and beautiful with lush greenery and benches. The kids even saw bananas growing.

Quiet, comfortable with full breakfast to order. Great pool, easy access. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Overall excellent quality. Service was excellent. Very comfortable rooms, good beds, large TV with cable. Only wish is that they had a small refrigerator and microwave. As a diabetic I need to refrigerate my insulin, and keep snacks handy. Overall Excellent.
