The location was great however there was no dinning close by.

Helpful staff. Computers in lobby. Location is not beautiful. I had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel. Great breakfast. Close to I-5.

Although the location of the hotel was "convenient", it was located right behind a gas station on a busy street. Friendly desk clerk. Rooms small, paper cups for coffee, not sparkling clean & bedspread/linens seemed a little questionable. Air conditioner didn't keep room cool enough at night. We won't go back when we travel to visit family in the Olympia area.

It was cool because they just stayed out of your hair but helped if you asked for it. You have to go through a gas station to get to it. Its a pretty cool place if your a business traveler its affordable and clean. It also has a nice private atmosphere for your lovemaking needs as well, overall its great.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean, comfortable...more than adquate to meet our needs! We travelled partly for pleasure and partly to visit sick relatives in the area. Mt. Ranier was awesome! Thanks!

Really a great continental breakfast. Surly female teenage (or close to teen), reservation desk clerks. Conveniently located, reasonably clean and quiet, no elevator to 2nd floor if you have heavy luggage, beds hard as rocks. However very nice continental breakfast.

A pleasant stay for a good price. Easy walk to Starbucks, cute Mexican restaurant with full bar next door. If you're used to traveling top-tier, you will find the amenities disappointing--thin carpets, thin linens, a noisy heater/AC unit. But it's reasonably clean, feels like a safe place to be. Staff is courteous. The area immediately around the hotel is not particularly attractive. There is a gas station right in front of it, and a boarded up fast-food place, so don't expect to look out your room window and sigh with pleasure. Comfort yourself with the knowledge that you're not far from remarkable natural beauty.

The best western in Tumwater was very clean and comfertable. I felt safe in the hotel and would recomend it to anyone.

In the morning, the fire alarm went off several times. It was apparent that this has happened before and that there was no fire. It was startling. The manager did say they were working on trying to fix the problem.
