Our children (ages 7 and 3) even caused the mattress to flatten all the way, leaving them with an uncomfortable nights sleep. The king bed was great, but the sleeper sofa left much to be desired. There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the facilities were new.

Great location, good breakfast. The night manager was very kind but could not speak much English. I felt bad for him.

A good deal for the money. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and eager to help make our stay as good as possible. The pool was very warm, unfortunately the hot tub was very cold and not working properly. The continental breakfast was good, but there could have been a few more options. Unfortunately a group with no manners took all the donuts for their own table and then threw many of them away and there were no replacements. A good time overall, though. We'll be back.

The continental breakfast was beyond donuts & coffee, we will definitely revisit this hotel. The rooms were a little dark, they needed more light and our room was with 2 beds, one bed was very firm, too firm! I would recommend this hotel to anyone for whatever your reason may be for a hotel stay, for the little down falls we came across, the hotel, staff, and services. We will repeat our business at this hotel!

The room was very clean & the bed & pillows were comfortable. It was 106 degrees that day & the air conditioner worked well. The continental breakfast was not good. The waffle iron was dirty & there was very little to choose from. The juice machine did not work. Overall, I think it was a good value for the price.

Location and the staff had helpful ideas for eating out. The pool was freezing and the walls were really thin. Good atmosphere for overnight stay - the breakfast in the morning was well laid out and the rooms were comfortable.

The location was great, it was clean, good beds. The pool water was cold, the room was warm. A very nice hotel with a pool for the children. Located close to shopping and recreation.

It was cheap. It was very hot. Even with the air conditioning on full blast. I needed a last minute place to stay and this fit the bill. Just your standard hotel room. However, the staff was very friendly and even gave me a free paper when the machine was out. I would not go to this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious vacation. However, if you don't plan to be in the room much, I think this would be a great place to stay. Might want to bring a portable fan though. It's hot!

I'm glad the hotel had a microwave, and the heating lamp in the bathroom was nice. I didn't like that the sink wasn't in the bathroom. The overall experience was good. We had to ask for more pillows 4 times before we got them. The clerk said that she would bring them to our room, but she ended up calling us and made us go downstairs and pick them up at the front desk. Also, both of their vending machines took our money, even though we got refunded, it was still an inconvenience to have to leave the hotel to get a snack.

Location was great, and our room rate was very reasonable. Alarm clock made strange noises during the night, shower caulking was not professional. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Topeka.

Location. Starting to reach end of line condition. The hotel had some water damage problems along with the flooding in topeka at the time, can't hold that against them, they were cleaning up while I was there. Just ok, not one of the better places I have stayed in topeka, but I would stay there again.
