Best Western Hotel in Rutland/Killington was very nice. The first time we stayed there, it was wonderful, this time the staff on the front desk checking in and especially checking out could have been nicer/friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean. We will stay again.

Comfortable beds/pillows, pleasant staff, I especially liked that the duvet was washed between guests.

I travel a lot with business, I found the suites to be very nice with the full size kitchen and all the supplies you need. It was great to make a home cooked meal. The grounds area are just beautiful and well maintained. The house keeping staff is wonderful. The morning breakfast was always nice. My only complaint would be they need to purchase new chairs and couches for the sweets. Sitting in the living room area was very uncomfortable. The couches have seen better days and are desparate need of being replace.

Nice location. Maid never went to room. Very nice hotel. Was out of the room all day but maid never came to make bed or change sheets. When I went to the front desk at 5 pm, they said that the maids were gone for the day and acted like the maids doesn't clean the rooms of people who stay over night. At least it saved me $10 in tips.

My room stank, and I'm a smoker!!! Every fibre was permeated as if a wet ashtray had been wiped around the room. The staff seemed indifferent when I asked if they could do something about it, apologized and told me they had no non-smoking rooms available. This was repeated on my return trip (unfortunately I had booked and paid in advance). There was a creepy guy lurking around the parking lot who asked me questions every time I went to my car. I wished I had another person with me. The response was invariably indifference when and if I had an issue. The high speed computer they provided was not properly firewalled and the NAV was from 2002 so it was probably virus-ridden and it was very slow. Very poor customer service training, graceless responses. Breakfast was very good though. Maybe because I was due to get out quickly.

Location. Breakfast was not too good, room was very basic. Good location for skiing at Killington.

Large suite was an excellent value. Game room appears to be a work in progress. My son and I stayed here for a father & son ski weekend and were very happy with our accommodations. The suite was larger than we expected and very well maintained, though not brand new. My son loved the game room.

The new game room could have been more updated. The room was clean and included a fridge and microwave. The beds and pillows were soft and comfy, it was hard to get out of them in the morning! I especially like the duvets instead of your typical bed spread that who knows when they were washed last. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The room also included free WiFi, although it was a little slow. The continental breakfast had a good variety than most including make-your-own waffles and scrambled eggs on the weekdays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was set up like condos, not like a regular hotel. The given toiletries left much to be desired. It was close to a bunch of mountains great for snowboarding (the reason we went to Vermont) and had comfortable rooms. The hotel felt very homey, not like most stuffy hotels. It's set up like condos in separate buildings, almost like you'd expect to see in a beach resort. The room was a little small but gave us enough space for the two of us.

The breakfast waffle maker. No Indoor pool. We were in Killington to Ski, so we were not in the room much. So we had a bathroom, bed and WI-FI! It worked.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms shared a common hall way and was sometimes noisy when the other rooms guests left. The hotel is located in a beautiful location within the Green mountains of Rutland, Vermont. Perfect lodging for skiers and snowboarders alike. Hotel staff was very friendly and assured our stay was delightful.

Great location. No pool or hot tub; did not tell us it was possible to upgrade to suite. Friendly staff at front desk and nice homely lobby, great location right in between Killington and Rutland which suited us well; price cannot be beat. Housekeeping was efficient. Rooms are a bit tight but since we were out skiing all day, it wasn't too much of an issue; breakfast is very good except the staff serving was not very efficient - she seemed flustered.

Convenient location, room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient for Killington Ski Resort. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had an excellent stay.

Spacious area, comfortable area and beds, good location. Ice machine did not work, required a long walk. Condominium style hotel right across the street from an excellent German cuisine restaurant. Out of town in a quiet area, away from the main drag type places.

Very nice rooms and location just down the road from Killington and Pico. Business Center was just a computer and printer at a desk in the lobby.

The bed was GREAT! Shower could have been nicer.. Overall I and my family would stay there again. The shower was stained but clean. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. We liked the fridge and microwave in the rooms. It came in handy with three kids. One being a baby who needed water warmed up. There was also a playground, and tennis courts that we did not see until we left or we would have used them. Very nice place!!

Loved the suite's space. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We had a suite with two queen beds, sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining and family room. Would love to come and stay there in the height of ski season.

It was a very clean room and staff was extremely friendly. Nothing. Thank you for a great nights rest.

The free breakfast. I also liked the room decor and bathroom seemed nice and updated. The refrigerator in the room made noise.

It is away too far from my main destination.
