Very clean and attentive. It was common, broken tiles, etc. They were very kind and attentive, very quiet and peaceful.

We reserved a non-smoking room with a refrigerator. What we were assigned was a suite that was well accomodated at one time. However, it had been smoked in and the refrigerator did not work. The staff and the management were indiffernent to our plight. They were full and offered no rebate or consideration for not delivering a room as specified"

The complimentary breakfast & the refrigerator & microwave in the room. Also the pool. Room was not as nice as I would have expected. It was somewhat less than I expected.

Location. Noisy, pool hours not enforced, next to noisy office. We were in room behind lobby services, with a door adjoining managers office. There was laughing, talking and phone constantly ringing till 11:00 PM. The pool was also outside our room that also had guest in it till 11:00 PM and was suppose to close at 9 PM. The pipes in bathroom rattled every time someone else used water. We extended our stay two days and moved to Holiday Inn Express across street.

Very convenient location. The heating and cooling system wasn't working very well. The hotel met all of our expectations. We needed to be in the Owasso area for a wedding. It was nice to know that we had clean accommodations waiting for us when we were ready to relax.

Location. Parking availability. Good choice for a clean comfortable room. Quiet facilities allowed me to easily complete work from laptop. Convenient to freeway and not far from airport.

Location and cleanliness. Carpet in room could use cleaning. The hotel was in a good area and very easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The exercise room was clean and met our workout needs. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing. Extremely dirty and damp. Needs a thorough cleaning or renovation. I spend about 60 nights a year in hotels and this is the worst one I can remember for a long time. AC did not dehumidify, so it was very damp in the room.

It was very convenient location to business attended. It would be nice to have a business center w/ internet access. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, and good location to business and golf course.

The beds were comfortable. Could not get the refrigerator to work and pool needs repaired and ready for summer. I would stay at this hotel again if I was traveling through Owasso.

The clerk at front desk was very helpful. I did not feel that it met 2 star quality. No hot tub and room design.
