Best Western was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good it was close to many good resterants and a good shopping center! It was a nice stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The quality and roominess was excellent. This was an excellent hotel for traveling purposes. It was clean, good location for the activities in the Canton area and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

McDonald's located right next door for decent coffee! The key cards didn't work well when coming from outside. I found this hotel to be clean, generally quiet and they offered a continental breakfast. The coffee in the room was not good, nor was the continental breakfast coffee. I really have no major complaints however the keycards to access your room had to be inserted several times before they worked, and they never worked from the outside when trying to get in the doors closer to my room.

The room at Best Western North Canton Inn & Suites, North Canton, Ohio was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located across a major thoroughfare from a very large strip mall with a large variety of stores. Fast food and other restaurants were close by, if not by walking, but a short trip by car. Hotel maintenance and upkeep was very good. My only complaint was that the available wi-fi was very sporadic and disappointing.

The hotel was a good value. The rooms were very comfortable. The beds in particular were quite comfortable. The halls were quiet. Also, the staff were helpful. The rooms were not ready when we checked in after 4:00, but the housekeeping staff did their best to get the rooms ready for us as soon as possible.

I loved all of the extra surprises in the room. They were good surprises, like a micro-fridge etc. They need an elevator at the end of each hall. This hotel was very clean and cozy. I was surprised at how many amenities it offered, and that many of them were complementary. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved the indoor heated pool and free breakfast. The breakfast spread was wonderful; the rooms were clean and neat. I didn't expect the newspaper to be delivered each morning but that was very nice. Nice facilities, including pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well decorated; it was convenient to have a hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator in the room. My experience was wonderful except that the bedspread runner was visibly soiled and should have been removed.
