Grounds were lovely. Bathroom was small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are very nice.

We stayed here in March 2008 and now in early March 2009. We have been very happy with the hotel. The people at the front desk were very helpful when we needed directions. For those who need it, the staff speaks French, German and Spanish. The rooms are clean, although the bathrooms are very small. We used the fridge in the room. They also offer an in-room safe, which was a useful feature. The views from our rooms have been beautiful as all rooms look out over the gardens. We love the sculptures, which decorate the gardens. We enjoyed the breakfast by the pool and found they offered a good selection of cold items.

We are a repeat guests to this hotel for the past year. We have stayed there for the 6th time. Every time we have a guest we invite them over to this beautiful, relaxing, well maintained and great stay for your whole entire family. It is priced just right for the Naples area, close to the beach but not within walking distance. Rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. We have stayed in the condos as well but I like the suites better, I feel I am in the tropics , the ground and the gardens are very relaxing and well cared for. I love the clean pool and the hot bubbly jaccuzi. The best thing there is their on the pool breakfast and the wide selection, I just feel I am a real guest there when I visit this hotel. I've stayed at this Best Western many times and have no complaints! The girls at the front desk are friendly, they even allowed me to use the computer behind the front desk to print out boarding passes for my return trip! The pool area is always clean as is the water. The rooms are cleaned very well, and are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, as the location is a short drive to downtown Naples which is very convenient.

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel, with the exception of the service we received from the front desk...one woman in particular. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. However, the rest of the hotel staff was pleasant and our room was very clean. The gardens at the hotel were beautiful and the heated pool was a definite perk of the hotel. It seemed like they needed more seating by the pool area during breakfast."

My family and I spent 2 weeks at the hotel and had a great time. Breakfast around the pool was wonderful but having fresh fruit would be a good improvement. Will definately be coming back.
