Breakfast; hotel location. Our room was occupied by some other people when we opened the door. Not the best beds, but an OK breakfast. Needs refurnishing. Clean rooms.

The hotel was really nice with good staff and clean rooms. The only problem we incountered was a slow draining tub that filled up fast when showering. Other than that, it had comfortable beds for an overnight stay.

Cross country trip. Needed a clean, quiet room with a good bed. I had a great nights rest after staying in some pretty bad hotels along route 40.

Room wasn't vacuumed very good. Outside halls were strewn with dishes left from room service much too long. Our room wasn't actually ready when they gave us the key and they had to move us to another -- some distance from the first. No elevator.

Inexpensive. Poorly maintained room. Poorly maintained bathrooms. Because of leak in cauk, water collected below the tub. That made standing in the shower feel like standing on a water-bed. Interesting, but hazardous for older travelers. Room above probably doing the same thing because it was leaking through the ceiling. Potential mold hazard as well. Told front desk clerk and he made me fill out a maintenance request. I recommended they refrain from renting my room and the room above due to safety and health concerns. Didn't seem to concerned.

Big, clean rooms. Beds a bit hard for me but we always stay here when in Gallup. Excellent breakfast, on site bar. Kid friendly.

We stayed at this place last year. This was the first time for us to stay in a small town in West but we really liked it. We rent two suites and the rooms were clean (not very large). After a long trip from Pheonix to Gallup (not include flying from NJ), we enjoyed our dinner at this hotel. The hot breakfast was also nice. The receptionists were friendly.

Easy access off interstate and quiet, away from busy traffic.

Spacious room with two bathroom sinks, a plus with a 2 year old, along with the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Pool floor area had paint flaking off excessively, room carpet could use a deep cleaning. The hotel has an excellent location for the Westside of Gallup with a wonderful restaurant inside and next door. A McDonald's is just a short drive down the road. The rooms are very spacious with a nice breakfast buffet.

Honesty of employees. We left a brand new I-Pod in the room. We came back and the employee had returned it and it was already stored in an envelope with our name on it.

Best Western needs to replace al their beds. They are terrible. Too old. The Best Western should have been kept up better. Chipped paint and dirty hallways. The beds were very uncomfortable, old, hard. New beds are a must. Wouldn't stay in another one because of the beds. Have been in three different ones - all the same beds. If you can't get a good nights sleep.

There was no noise from the nearby railroad tracks and freeway. The room was dark and musty. The indoor pool area smelled really bad. This hotel is rather old, run down and shabby for a Best Western. There are better newer hotel choices nearby. The whole town of Gallup is a rather sad and depressed area.

Desk clerk was weird and not very nice. Comfortable big beds in a large clean room with a bath bigger than a Hilton we stayed in.

Convenient to the interstate. The breakfast buffet was lacking. This was a nice place to stay right off the freeway. It is not a luxury hotel, but a good place to get some sleep while traveling from point a to point b.

Nothing comes to mind. Older hotel in need of upgrade. Older hotel in need of upgrade. Non smoking room smelled like it once had smokers. Front desk staff always seemed to be talking to friends on the phone.
