It was a great hotel with easy access to highway and easy to find.Very good breakfast choice.

The hotel was really nice. The room was big and the breakfast was fresh. The staff was wonderful and sent us to a great bowling alley. There were ants in the closet that got on our clothes but overall the stay was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Expected a pull out couch. Double beds don't cut it for families. Hotel was relatively clean. Could probably use a little update in keeping pace with 2 new hotels going up next door.

Don't let the lobby fool you. Nothing is as advertised. Rooms are dirty and have mice. The staff is overwhelmed with complaints; they don't even apologize anymore. Reservations are cancelled randomly. The hallways are dirty. Housekeeping cannot clean all the rooms by checkin time. Smoking in non-smoking rooms. Electrical outlets are missing covers or installed crooked; towel racks are at creative angles. Countertops are stained and corners of the rooms are dirty. Hair in the bathtub.

This hotel was very conviently located, right off i-35w just before hwy 20. It was very quiet and relaxing, the room was spacious, although there was a small tear in my top sheet, everything was clean and neat. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that there is no elevator! I realize it was only two stories but it is inconvient if you have alot of luggage.

Free breakfast. Dingy atmosphere, especially in the room. It was alright.

Carpet was damp. There were notes left over from the previoius lodger. Not very clean. Smelled of mold. The work out room had obvious signs of mold. Even the non smoking rooms smelled of old smoke. A worker was smoking in the downstairs hall.

The room was clean, the staff was very professional. They were doing some renovation but it wasn't that much of a distraction. convenient location, well kept hotel, well worth the price. I would stay there again and would recommend others to do the same.

The clerk at the front desk, clean, spacious, accommodating In-room movies $10, other than that, nothing to complain about.
