Location makes it easy to visit other parts of southwest Florida, as well as Fort Myers!

All rooms just remodeled. Wireless Internet not that good. Overall hotel is a very good Business travelers choice rooms are very nice and the staff is very accommodating I stay here as much as I can when I am in the area 2-3 times per month.

We stayed at the hotel for a golf tournament. Had no problem with everything.

I called the front desk for directions and staff stated they didn't know the area well but they would try. 2 more phone calls and 2 hours being lost in Ft. Myers I finally arrived. The rooms claim to be renovated but the non smoking King room I got smelled so strongly like cigarettes that it caused me health problems. The blanket on the bed had large cigarette burns and their was rust in the bathroom. Mgt. refused to look at problem room or do any adjustments. I would spend a little extra and stay somewhere, ANYWHERE else!!

was a very nice Hotel but set in kinda a ify area of town. Dairy Queen was close but had limited food items and were out of bananas???? Nice setting and alot of areas to hang out like the pool,couches,and rocking chairs out front. staff was friendly and helpful. but the bed was not very comfy and there were some maintenance issues in the room. Seems like that nice of a hotel did not belong in that area.

I was having trouble finding this hotel with mapquest directions so I called the hotel. Three phone calls later and almost 3 hours driving around Ft. Myers lost. The front desk agent didn't know the area well either as she sent me in the wrong direction. When I finally arrive, my NON smoking renovated room is dark and reaks of cigarettes. I noticed an allergic reaction to the smoky room and brought my concerns to the front desk, they shrugged off my problem, did not ask if I need medical attention, and refused to adjust anything at check out. Spend a little more and stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!
