i reserved a suite for my wife and child and i,while on a business trip, kind of an early anniversary gift.the room was huge which was perfect since i needed to put up a portable crib for my daughter,it was very nice u could hear planes fly over and watch them , being close to an airport that was cool not bothersome.my wife also enjoyed the fact that she was right next to walmart.best of all i found out i had to work an extra day so i reserved a regular room for that day and best western let me keep my suite anyway for that night at regular room price.the staff was very nice and accomidated to my every need, thanks best western for a wonderful getaway.who says u cant mix business with pleasure!

The hotel is located near the DFW airport, very convenient to the airport and major roads. The staff is very congenial and cooperative. Breakfast is very light, but provided congenially. The business center is nothing more than one old computer and the staff lets you use their office printer. The rooms (suite) were fine - simply furnished but qutie adequate (with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, microwave, hair dryer, 2 TVs, small dining area, and one king-sized bed. Rooms were clean, even though one day we left late and they forgot to come back to do the room (our fault perhaps?)

Except for having to move 3 times because of A/C not working, the hotel was clean, in a safe area, beds were comfy, and I appreciated ahving a coffeemaker in the room. The make-your-own waffles at breakfast were tasty and there was a good variety of other foods

For the money, this hotel served its purpose. Staff was friendly and the room size was good. The pool and breakfast area were pretty nice and accommodating. Free shuttle to and from the airport a plus. They will also drive you to the train pickup station if they don't have any other runs. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The major complaint I have with this hotel is that my non smoking room had a musty odor that was rather strong. Travelers need to know that air planes taking off from the airport fly directly over this hotel so the noise level can be a negative if you want it quiet while sunbathing. Our feet got black from the oil coming off the planes, even if you were wearing sandals. Other than that, the hotel was ok. If you need a car, I recommend the Budget rental just up the street next to the Mattress Warehouse. Good prices and friendly service.

The location of the room and hotel was perfect. I was upgraded to a suite when checking in so I could have a downstairs room. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The only thing that I definitely would change is the coffee!!!It was terrible :-( Breakfast selection was average, but the coffee was tasteless.

We had gone to Six Flags, the Grapevine Mall, and the Rainforest Cafe on this trip. It was an over all good trip with the exception that when we got there the air conditioner in the lobby was broken, I had to go get more towels because they do not bring them to your room. The hot tub was not clean and it smelled strongly of urine, the pool had algae growing around the tiles, and the dark curtains in our room would not shut. I will not stay there again. I have proved to myself that I would rather pay the extra money to stay in a hotel that is cleaner.

This is a motel. All rooms have outside access. As a single women traveling alone, I didn't feel all that safe...they put me on the bottom floor. My room had flies, the cushion on the couch was ripped with the stuffing coming out, the bathroom smelled VERY unpleasant and there was mold growing around the caulking in the shower/tub.They claim to have roomervice. They do, per se, but it is really delivery from Panda BBQ which is next door. Also, the free Wi-Fi was very spotty.The only things nice about the motel were the staff (they were great!) and the newly updated lobby.I would not recommend this hotel!!!

They offer shuttle service to and from DWF Airport and you can leave your car in their parking lot free of charge. I liked the hunting motif and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
