For two of the four days spent there, it was either raining or very cloudy. The room was very comfortable to stay in when necessary.

Spent one night there while on our way to the Cape during a family road trip. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was very large, and comfortable enough for 3 adults. I would definatley recommend this hotel to anyone. Location very convenient, right off of the interstate.

The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful,however the place is in dire need of a redo. Pool is very small but very clean and warm. The jacuzzi was dissappointing. Breakfast was good.

Nice people and in-room amenities. Small for price. Overall good place to stay. In room amenities were above what I expected. But sleeping next to a sink was a little odd. The room was smaller than other hotels I've stayed at for a similar price. For a budget one night stay it's definitely recommended.

The location between the airport in Manchester and the conference we were attending in Keene, New Hampshire, met our needs. Satisfying shower; hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, frig, sink and counter in the room were available for our use. The breakfast spread lacked items for my vegan traveling companion, but the assortment for the non vegan was adequate. Fortunately, we found a wonderful vegan restaurant, Cafe Indigo, within walking distance of the Concord Inn.

The hotel is approximately 10 yrs. old, but very well maintained. We only had one minor issue that was not resolved. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is connected to a central system. Although the system was operating, it was very weak. It probably needed a stronger motor, or a new belt. Also, the units are not very well insulated. The guests above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling when they walked. To sum it up, overall the room and staff were very nice. My Son and his family only live about 5 miles from the hotel, so it was convenient. I would stay there again, but would probably request a top floor unit.

Pleasant surprise I did not know I got a suite. Nothing. Great service - Good price. Fabulous restaurant nearby (common man) recommended by staff.

Chose the Best Western as we were traveling with dogs, and they are one of 2 Concord hotels that allow pets. Front desk staff was a little slow at check-in and check-out, and not overly friendly. They could have been more welcoming. Parking was hard to come by. Record snowfall this year has claimed many parking spaces. The rest of the experience more than made up for the lack of hospitality and cramped parking. The room (#103) was spacious and clean, and king bed very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast.....could use another waffle maker for busy times, but great selection and very well stocked. Additionally, the breakfast area was very clean and tidy. We stayed only a single night so didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or workout area. I would definitely stay again.

The Best Western Of Concord, NH was very nice. The service was nice, rooms clean, very good priced. Clean pool & hot tub. Only problem we had was that we were on a smoking and non smoking floor, in a non smoking room and everytime we left our room all you could smell was smoke. Yuck!!! Other then that... it was great place to rest your head. We'd go back.

The room was nicely decorated, had extras like microwave, hairdryer, fridge. Beds were comfortable. Party upstairs, called desk at 2 am. They had police come over and then quiet. Other than the problem with the party upstairs, the hotel was excellent and convenient. It worked wonderful.

When I made the reservations I personally visited the hotel and spoke with a lady at the front desk. Since I knew arrival would be about midnight I requested a room away from all vending machines, elevators and no-one overhead. She was very pleasant and did exactly what I requested making the visit there a restful one.
