The Best Western was clean and okay for a brief stay. I was especially unhappy with the staff at the front desk who were rude when we arrived. They did not have 2 queens available and told us that we could have a king instead. They then proceeded to loudly discuss our booking rate and said that "oops, we didn't quality for a king". However our trip to Sedona was still amazing. Don't miss the pink jeep tours!

Wonderful lady (staff) was extremely helpful with advice on how to organize our activities in Sedona. Our room did not have any view! When a hotel promotes its Red Rock views, and you get a room that looks onto your car at the parking lot, you can't help but being disappointed. We were very disappointed, and had out room been ready at three as it should have been, I would have refused to stay. However, I have to point out that the staff was very friendly and a fabulous, went out of their way to help us organize our day in Sedona (providing maps of trails we could take, and info on spa treatments around the city). That kind of made up for not getting a room with a view in a place where views are a must!

An excellent location with stunning views. Staff very helpful and local restaurants very good. Main problem is getting into town as the route from Oak Creek to Sedona is all roadworks and time should be allowed (1 hour) for this holdup during the next year. Nov 08 to Nov 09.

I requested a specific room or room near, two weeks in advance so we could enjoy the red rock views . The room was not given to us nor a room near the requested room. The room we were given had a view of the parking lot. The pool heater was broken the whole time we were there. Then, an employee's broken car horn blared from the parking lot form midnight to 7:00 AM feet away from our room window. We called the desk to ask the car horn be disabled or towed away but we were offered ear plugs instead . Our room was older and had not been redone yet . The hotel offered no compensation for the night of no sleep.

The room was very nice. The towels and bed linens were luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony was great for the sunset on the red rocks. A short hike to the creek out back was worth it. The staff was courteous, though not familiar enough with the 5 daily Red Rock pass to know if we could purchase one in advance for the next day. The hotel is in the heart of 'uptown' Sedona, which is full of tourist stores (not many art studios). Being from a tourist town myself, the location was a little disappointing but my own fault for not researching the area enough. The room was missing shampoo and coffee, but they promptly brought some when we made the request. We stayed at 5 different hotels during our vacation, and the free continental breakfast was most delicious at this one.

The extensive balcony and view were awesome. Noise from balcony above each morning. Quiet, nice, great pool and hot tub, views are great, and good service.

First of all, middle of town maybe but not within walking distance of the shops, etc... as the description would lead you to believe. The main reason I booked this hotel was to just park and walk - forget that here. Second, I have never been to a hotel anywhere in the US where they had solely wireless internet without any source of support. I have stayed at tons of hotels and they have modem boxes to assist with internet access in the room. This hotel had ZERO. Had I been here for work-related activities, I would have been screwed. I would have checked out had I not booked it on travel website and was stuck with the hotel since it was already pre-paid. The views are beautiful but not worth the price for what you get. As the title says, shop around before you book here

Was very clean - location was excellent for the area and our dog (down the street from really nice dog park). Rooms were small. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. The room was small, but very clean.

Good overall experience. Concierge desk was very helpful. The hotel shuttle was very handy and available usually within 5 minutes. Oak Creek Brewery is a great place to have a nice meal with excellent beer.

We there for 1 night.Views are incredible and anywhere from the balcony is a great panaoramic camera opportunity.Customer service was excellent and front desk helpful in choosing a places to eat.Try Shugrues. Most convenient service offered by the hotel was the shuttle service which takes you to the restaurant and picks you up after.A great way to relax and have some drinks with dinner without the worrying about driving back. The only improvement would be the beds.A little uncomfortable. Other than that the experience was great.

Location, breakfast. Breakfast room is too small. Positive: Convenient quiet location across airport, excellent view, big rooms, car lot close to the door, perfect breakfast Negative: Room was not cleaned during our stay.

Great views, big rooms, nice breakfast. There are two Best Western locations in Sedona, make sure you know which one is good for you. This location is at the edge of the town (which is small), but it is not walking distance to the center. The other location is in the center, so choose that one if you do not have a car. I highly recommend a car though, there are so many places to go to, otherwise you will need to take tours which will likely cost more.

This hotel & room was immaculately clean. The level of staff friendliness and helpfulness was impressive. Great view from the room, nice hotel location. Breakfast was good. Great value for the price. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
