I thinks that this Best Western Was Great. I will be staying here every time I come to St.Louis. I was in a great area. The staff was very nice. The hotel was so clean. There breakfast was great. I was only a few mintues from downtown and the shopping mall.

All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was not worth it. The staff is wonderful and the accomodations are clean and comfortable even though the hotel is older. However, the hot breakfast is not very good. The eggs still taste like powder, the bacon is just a strip of fat, and the bagels are dry. However, Cracker Barrel is within walking distance, so I'd recommend going there.

We stayed at this motel for three nights over the Labor Day holiday, 2008. Was so crowded at free breakfast buffet hat they kept running out of food and when there was food, it was cold. There was no internet connection on the computer in the lobby for guests' use. No shampoo/conditioner or iron/ironing board in room, although it was provided when we requested it. On Sunday morning, a large congregation of 20 or 25 people conducted their worship service in the hallway right outside our door and they were extremely loud. No consideration for other guests at all. Door to stairway banged incessantly and was very disturbing. Although this motel has an excellent location and a very nice swimming pool, I would not recommend it or stay there again.

The price brought in young families,...which brought in small children. We didn't swim because the pool area was so dirty. We didn't use the Fitness Room because none of the machines worked and it was very messy. A lot of noise up until 11:00PM.

I stay here about 3 times a year. They've recently remodeled, and the rooms are very clean and smoke-free. The breakfast buffet that they put out is amazing, and comes complimentary with your stay. I like the fact that they have an indoor pool, which keeps my little boy entertained when we travel during the colder months.

The hotel room was clean but as we tried to sleep the plumbing from other rooms woke us as did sounds from the next room and the A/C was noisy. Staff was friendly and they offer a very good breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was definitely above the norm. The hotel had an indoor pool, which would be appealing to adults with children. The breakfast had foods for all tastes and age groups. Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave.

We found our trip to this particular Best Western quite pleasing. We went to St. Louis for a mini vacation and staying here helped make our trip great. The manager seemed to be working the entire weekend and was very pleasant & helpful. Our confirmation rooms were for a non-smoking king, but when we arrived they only had smoking rooms left except for a non-smoking suite. So, he put us in the king suite at no extra charge. The location was conviently located near restuarants, gas stations, shopping, and the highway. They also serve a nice breakfast with waffles, muffins, fruit, biscuits & gravy, and juice. And it's all free. We would definately stay here again and reccomend it to a friend. It was a good hotel for the price we paid.

Breakfast is not the best but will keep you going for what it is. Staff could be around more for problems or cleaning messes up. Location of Hotel was great. Accessibility to Hwy. was right there. Room was clean but problems with TV and front desk person was complaining because he had to change out our TV and there was no one to watch the front desk, not my problem seems hotel needs someone else to take care of little problems.

Stayed for three days and was very pleased. The air conditioner worked well, but was very loud on high setting. only complaint is they advertise a hot tub, but hole was covered an appears to have been a while. great continental breakfast.

It was clean, well maintained, had a good breakfast, and a cheerful attendant at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay. The room met our expectations, the breakfast was good, the grounds well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was cheerful. Blessings!

Loved it except the breakfast was not all that great. The only thing I could eat was the waffles. The sausage and eggs were terrible and my husband can eat allmost anything. But loved the stay. The room was very roomy which I loved we could both move around freely.
